I recently got a campervan and id like to try camping with it. Id prefer not to drive to far, maybe an hour and a half at most. I live in the portland metro area (tigard)... Id prefer someplace with a lake or a river and i emphasize that I want to be completely isolated. I dont want to see another soul durring my camping trip. I just want to be alone and to get away from it all. The last thing i want is for some homeless guy or a drunk guy or even a family to be anywhere near me. Somewhere I can play my music late, enjoy nature and not be bothered by anyone or even see anyone... Any suggestions?

This girl has always been very close friends with my sister. Growing up i thought she was cute but we didnt get along very well and i thought of her as a manipulative *****. But Twords the end of high school however we started to develop a friendship and respect for eachother and she started hanging out with my friends and I. I graduated high school and did my first year of collage abroad. When I came back this girl has moved into my parents house in the room across from my room. She said no so I asked "am i really so repulsive you Wouldnt even go on one date with me?" She told me that she loves me but she sees me as a brother and that the idea of going on a date with me is "weird". After hearing the bad news I tried to move on but I cant help but feel what i feel. Its been almost 3 or maybe even 4 years since weve had that conversation... She considers me one of her closest friends now and tells me all her secrets and stuffs. I know that she will never like me more than a friend or a "brother" How can i stop liking her when distance isnt an option?

I bumped into an old friend from high school and when I asked what she did she told me she was a cam girl. I asked for a link to one of the cam chats and her stage name. She wouldn t tell me. I m 20 years old almost 21 and my mom confiscated my new $200 bong while I was at work. She s very strictly against weed and thinks of it as methamphetamine or something and considers it very dangerous yet she drinks more than a bottle of wine every day. I m more than pissed off and feel violated. I don t feel that my mom has the right to come into my room and I especially don t feel that she has the right to confiscate my things as if I was a 14 year old and then call a "family meeting" about it. My current plan is to demand that she reimburses me the $200 and if she refuses I will dump out $200 worth of her wine. Any other better ideas?

My best friend since 6th grade started using meth our senior year of highschool. He barely graduated and has been in and out of rehab ever since. Disappearing for a year or two at a time. Then out of nowhere he will come back into town clean and says he went through a rehab program in california. He remains clean for a month or two too usually and we hang out the whole time he comes back around but he always relapses. When he does it starts small. He will snort a small amount and still be fairly sober. He maintains this for usually a month or 2 before he starts to use more heavily until he winds up in a hospital and his family send him back to treatment and I dont see him again for another year. I really miss my friend and even though hes a meth addict he still feels like my best friend. His mom called me about a week ago and told me hes out of treatment and is doing well. I was excited and really thought he was done. He came over and hung out with me for a whole week. Tword the end of the week I caught him red handed snorting some meth. I was very sad. I told him he shouldnt do that then I just overlooked it until he went home. Ever since hes been calling me and trying to hang out. My brother told me to not hang out with him anymore because of his problem. Id really like to spend time with him and see him still because of all the years we have been friends. Nobody knows that hes still doing meth but me and I dont know what to do.

Im a college student and I live with my parents. I want to have a few friends over I don't like to hang out with them at my parents house so we usually we take turns being the sober driver while everyone else drinks or smokes some weed in the car. It puts a lot of miles on my car and wears it out. It gets really old just driving around all the time. I cant afford an appartment but thats what id really like. But would it be reasonable to set up a storage unit with a tv and a couch and maybe some cool lights so we can hang out there sometimes?

Ive recently found some old documents written by a pirate who resided in Tortuga. He mentioned Sea Turtle Stew in his passaged and went in great detail to describe how delicuous it was and how to make it. Is there a good substitute for sea turtles since its an endangered species?

I live with my parents and attend comunity college. Im fully dependent on my parents. I work for my moms company directly under my dad (who is my boss). At first I thought working for them would be a good way to make money since they pay higher than a normal job (15 an hour.) Problem is that they use this to control me into making me do what they want. I want to move out so i start to save up and what does my dad do? Cutt my hours so i dont make quite enough so i cant move out. Working for them sucks and being at there house sucks and I just want out. How do I get a "real" job and how do i get out?

After graduating high school in the USA, I moved to hong kong for collage. A local girl moved in with me soon after I arrived and we have been living together for about a year now. Unfortunately I am going to return to the USA in a month. My girlfriend asked me if I could just stay in hong kong and live out my life here but I told her that I could not do that so she says that she wants to come with me. I've been graduated from highschool for about a year now. I currently am in college doing a year abroad where it is Illegal for me to work. I asked my parents for advice on looking for an apartment for when I get back. She was suprised and expected me to move back into her house and then continue college until I get my bachelor's degree. I remember when I first started smoking weed my friend who was considered the stoner of the group had a really nice bong with an ash catcher attachment. He loved the ash catcher and would always talk about nice it but I wasn't really into smoking at that point so I just kind of ignored him I guess... Fast forward about a year I smoke a lot more than I used to. I bought a bong for about 40 USD. It has no attachments and I'm worried about making it dirty so I thought "hey why not get an ash catcher for it" so to recap, my question is does an ash catcher work with any bong? If not, how can I tell if an ash catcher would work or not? And which one should I buy?

I am currently in hong kong but I am american and have american bank cards. I booked 2 flights to cambodia and booked and paid for a hotel through an app. I checked my bank statement and the hotel charged my card already. Here is the problem. The day after I booked these flights and hotel my credit card was stolen. I shut the card off and luckily no money was spent. My friend is traveling with me and has a credit card. We figured since I already paid with my credit card they will only need another one for incidentals and what not. I have ID and matches the card they have on file but I do not have the physical card. Is this going to be an issue?

So last night I was walking around Hong Kong and someone stole my wallet with both my credit and debit card in it. I am an American and do not have a local bank account. I now am stranded here with no access to my bank accounts. To make things even more complicated I am souposed to fly to Cambodia in less than a week. Please help!

Recently I bought the Firefly (the original one not the new one) and I have to say I'm very disappointed. I loaded it with weed and it barely works. I started smoking with it and I only got trace amounts of vapor and the stupid things battery died before I could even get high. Am I doing something wrong? Everywhere I look on the internet people seem to like it a lot but I don't understand the appeal... Please help! I paid 130 for it brand new and I opened it myself so I know that there isn't anything physically wrong with it. Someone help me out?

I'm from Portland Oregon where weed is legal so there for it should meet the "community guidelines" but I am still punished 90 percent of the time for posting something about it? Is there something I don't understand about Yahoo answers?
