  • Good beginner workout DVD?

    Hi,

I am after some advice on behalf of my mum. She is looking to start a workout regime, but she is overweight and in her 50's, so she is going to be limited how much she can do. She is looking for something that will not be too hard and has a routine that can easily be picked up. I've done a lot of different workouts and exercises, but I am only used to high-impact / high aerobic stuff, so I know that'll be far too much to begin with! I think she may enjoy something like bollywood or salsa - inspired workouts - any ideas which ones I could start her off on?

  • Which detrox drink/pills are the best?

I've been over-indulging with a little too much partying & eating out recently, and I am starting to feel a little worse for it; bloated tummy and just not feeling 100%. I'm trying to start eating better now, but I feel like I need a kick start to help start me off on the right track. I already drink plenty of water but I would like some advice on brands of detox drinks and/or pills people have tried and has worked for them. Weight loss benefits would be a plus, although I am sure that will also follow once I have been eating healthier for longer - I only really need to lose about 7lbs. Any advice would be welcomed for any brands that aren't a waste of money or going to cause any nasty side effects! Thanks!

  • Anyone with seating plan info for the O2 arena? Row 58?

I have trawled through a number of sites through google and some previous comments here that have been responded to - but I can't find anything that relates to my seating allocation.

I've got tickets to see RHCP in November, and I have been allocated Row 58, seats 3 & 4. However, looking at O2's seating plans and ticketmaster etc. none of the diagrams refer to this location? They only cite the blocks - which start at 100 upwards. Has anyone been in roughly the same location in the past? If this was referring to standing room, would they have allocated a seat number still?

    Thanks in advance!

  • How to drag & copy cells to a bottom of a list in Excel?!?

I am using the fill handle to drag and copy a formula - but this is across approx 1000 rows. I am sure in the past I have been shown a way of how to avoid doing a manual drag and using shortcut keys of how to drag the values to the bottom of a spreadsheet without puling the cursor down - can anyone help please?
