Went back to work after 5 mo disability My employer filled my position but offered a spot 50 mi away Lawsuit?
I was on disability from an accident on my quad. My employer had filled my position while I was out, so when I came back I took a comperable one. After 3 days they offerd me a position over 50 miles away from my home or no job. Can they really do that?
