Well this summer I'ma save up some money still I don't know if I should buy an iPhone 4S from virgin mobile or an iPod touch 5g and a htc evo v 4g or a galaxy s II :( plz help me make a wise decision because its going to be my first phone and I know virgin mobile had a record but I still want it!

Btw these games have all of a sudden got boring any other games lol hope the list isn't too long ._.

Today at class, this kid was playing around with his pen and soon scarred the whole thing. He got kicked out for a few days and I got to go to the nurse, is there any way to sue him!? I am TIRED of all the things he had done to me over the years and I want to transfer but I can't! I don't know what to do! My stupid principal or even the teachers wont help me! Not even my PARENTS! I am feeling this pain and I don't know what to do. Can I at least report it ti the cops

It all started about 3 months ago when I used to get small tooth aches. Well they soon got to hurt a lot so I went to the dentist and its some severe tooth problem and they will fix it in January. This pain is so strong it even moved in to my ear and head! It distracts me so much at school that I have to ask the teacher to go to the nurse to call my parents for medicine that doesn't even heal my pain!!! I can't take this anymore. Are there any type of ways to stop feeling this pain?

So today I was hanging out with my dad like always. I live in Chicago. My dad and I were in our truck passing by when all of a sudden a naked guy was passing by like nothing. I thought he had shorts because I have a horrible eye vision.Soon when the truck got closer, I noticed he had NOTHING. I wanted to throw up because i'm 12 and it is like 35 degrees outside these days and the man was walking like nothing. He looks overweight and ugly. I just wanna call the cops but I have no phone. Soon a lady passed by with her car and all she did was stop, laugh, take pictures, and call someone! I didn't get it. This image is so disturbing! So, my question is HOW CAN I GET THIS OUT OF MY MIND! plz answer. X(

I pretty much think i'm one of the few people born on August 26. D":

It is a little annoying because I am also one of the youngest in my entire class! This really gets me jealous! Any Ideas? Please I'll take (almost) anything.

My 2 and a half month old German Shepherd puppy has not been. Eating its food lately. Its been vomiting a lot and It got 80% more shy! Don't say take it to the vet because the ones where I live don't know BULL. I had this puppy for like 2 weeks. Something fishy was that the last time I saw one of my neighbor, he was moving a rock in my backyard trying to put something. I got mad and kicked my fence which I hit his hand. His mom came and she didn't say anything and left. She looked at me with a devious face. I'm not sure she could've done anything because my dogs usually never sit near my backyard fence because my dumb neighbors always have to kick my poor pets. They try to get in my dad's truck and their parents make fun of me. Im going to be 12 in 2 days and I don't know what to do! And that also looks like the day he will sadly die. My dog has been throwing up some white stuff and it had gotten a lot skinnier. What do I do!!! Plz help

I have 2 dogs my new one is a German Sheperd 2 months old. My oner one is a Sheepoo 1 yr old. They won't play with each other or do ANYTHING
