SO being he is a minor, what could the consequences be ? Any simular experiences out there ? What should the parents do ? What should the guy do ?

Would a teenage girl (15) actually tell a boyfriend (17) that she has only had for about 2 weeks to 'teach me how to makeout' if she honestly had never done it???

Or does it sound like she's playing some dumb little 'i'm innocent' game?

I had an epidural on the right side of my lumbar spine thursday for chronic back pain. I dont know why the dr chose the right side...i have problems with my entire low back and both legs......ANYWAY..

On friday afternoon I began having very sharp shooting pains on the left side of my back (opposite side of epidural) that i am assuming were muscle spasms. They were extremely painful and fortunately only lasted a couple seconds (otherwise i couldnt have tolerated the pain) When they happen i would grunt with pain just from reflex alone because it would be so sharp and unexpected.

Does this sound like anything that was caused from the epidural? Anyone ever experienced this???

What is the difference between the epidural given for chronic low back pain management verses the kind you get

for labor and delivery during child birth

If the one for chronic pain is suppose to work longer than the kind given for childbirth...is it a different medication??

Just wondering...i'm a dog groomer and am sceduled for an epidural thursday. Getting nervous and wondering what to expect the following day.

Want to know how others would handle things when he returns home.

Court date will be on thursday, he may or may not be able to come home. Dont know yet. This is his first time getting into trouble with the law.

We are strongly considering enrolling him into a drug/alcohol 60 day program. Although I think that taking alcohol to school was more for showing off to his buddys since he was sharing it with 3 other boys in the bathroom.

He will be grounded for quite some time of course.....

Since he wont be allowed to return to public school, we think going to an alternative school will only make his behavior worse since the only kids at that school will be troubled teens (like his self)

SO, we're thinking maybe study for GED....

I just dont know what to do. I'm so heart broken and worried.

Please only serious answers, I'm so depressed and worried about him.

I just need to know what others would do from the outside looking in.

By the way, he did NOT get the alcohol from home.

We found out later today from another kid that he got it from a friend over the weekend and had it hid...

I was just wondering if anyone else here suffers from degenerative disc disease in the lumbar spine and suffer from the back of both thighs aching? It runs all the way down into my calves at times too.

Its gotten really bad since the weather has gotten so cold.

I'm on 1800mg of gabapentin, zanaflex, & vicodin... :(

To top things off I suffer from fibromyalia and pretty severe scoliosis.

I had surgery on my neck in the beginning of the year so thank God thats better!

But the meds are not knocking out the leg pain. My low back hurts most of the time. But whats driving me crazy right now are my legs!

When I lay down at night it feels very simular to restless leg syndrome but extremly painful.

It feels like just before your leg goes into a cramp...aches bad.

How do YOU find relief ?

Help! I cant sleep because of it.

I'm looking for some good ideas other than french fries, bbq beans, potato salad....

I feed twice a day. Once in the morning and again in the evening.

Of course they know how to let me know if they get hungry in between! lol
