My stomach is upset, my bowl movement has changed, I think I have fever, I have weakness I feel really weak when moving my arms or legs and eyes. I feel cold when the fan/ac is on. I have difficulty burping and when I do there is a short heartburn, I don t feel like myself. After I wake up I feel good but later on I feel bad and weak. A weak ago I had pain at different parts of my stomach and I had it checked up and doctor said it wasn t appendicitis. I need help what should I do?

Okay, so lately I have been getting aches all over my body, like randomly and at random places like legs, arms etc, it would continue to five seconds and so and I will disappear. My abdomen hurts randomly and at random places(especially at the sides) this pain would also go away on its own. My chest hurts sometimes just like the ones mentioned before it hurts randomly but mostly on the left side and my sternum is tender and sometime I experience burning sensation like in heartburn. Just yesterday suddenly my lateral side of left arm and my jaw hurted, it was really sudden pain and ended in seconds, and my left arm was weak. I had ECG done and it was normal, a few days ago in class I had this squeezing pain in my left arm right before elbow on the medial side and my jaw from the middle also was in pain(pain ended quickly) and that's why I had the ECG done. This started while I was watching T.V. And I was resting on my left arm. This pain in my chest was at beginning really weak but it became strong after 15 seconds or so, (pain was not at top of sternum, it was at the left side of chest.) I don't think its heart attack or something because it's been a week since this started.I'm male, 19 and overweight, could this anxiety or something else? Please help.

Sometime it gets soft and leaks mucus and sometime it gets hard. It doesn't hurt or anything it is annoying so please help. I had this bump for as long as I remember. I had this before I started smoking, I started smoking a month and sometime when I smoke I feel it getting filled up.
