Employess must pay for their own food, bring a side dish, bring their own gifts for a gift exchange and makeup the time they miss at work. Is that fair? I would love to take a stand on this but risk looking like a Scrooge.

I would like to visit an area that has lakes, mountains and wild flowers as photography is my hobby. Any suggestions for one area in specific?

My co-worker said sometimes relationships happen but I told her I did not agree. Your thoughts?

There is this guy who recently moved to my hometown and manages a business. I visit his store a couple of times a month because it is the only business of it's kind in this small town. He asked me for my number a couple of months ago and said he would call that evening. He never called. I waited about 2 months before visiting the store again. He started a conversation with me and again started flirting with me. He told me he would call me this afternoon to make plans to see a movie tonight. I still have not heard from him. Is this some kind of game? If so, I don't want to play.

I like them both. I am just very happy coke brought them back during the holidays.

I need to reset the dimensions on my computer. I am unable to read the words to the left of the screen. Also, I cannot send e-mail due to the demensions. I would appreciate any help. I have tried to make the box bigger but it does not help.

My friend has been like a second mother to me for several years. We have had our ups and downs. She moved 4 hours away a few years ago. We talk about once a month. Something has recently happened in her life that she is very devastated by but secretive (I think it has to do with her husband cheating). I have called her twice in the past 3 days. She sounds awful and is always on the verge of tears. Should I drive the 4 hours at the end of the work week to check on her? She has no one close there and her best friend died a year ago. I will be there for company even though I may not be the one she wants. What do you think I should do? I hope not to make the situation worse.

I am going to send a church cookbook to a friend/ colleague in the mail. I would like to write an inscription/message in the front. I cannot think of anything to write that is not too personal and not too generic. Any ideas would be appreciated.

This guy and I have run into each on several occassions and he always makes an effort to start a conversation with me. He asked me for my number last weekend. He smiled and told me he would call me later that night. He has still never called and I don't know why. I will probably see him again soon as I live in a small town. Any ideas why he hasn't called?

I have some books to be appraised and possibly sold.

Plans I make with friends (dinner, movie, theater, vacation etc.) are always being canceled by friends/family at the last minute. It is really hurtful and I am wondering what I am doing wrong by not being taken seriously or seen as someone not important enough to keep engagements?
