x=4/7 y (1)

5x - y = -13 (2)

I understand that you have to plug in 4/7y in the 2nd eqation but my "help me solve this problem" is telling me in order to get rid of the problem to multiply both sides by 7 this is where i get totally lost what sides ?

Im a new photograher which means im still having to learn certain things

My sisters school is having a dance & in order to cut cost hired me to take photos of the students.
