  • lucid dreaming?

    Just recently i have experienced sleep paralysis and short lucid dream-type experiencs at night. They are some of the scariest things ever! Has anyone else experienced them and if so, what happened?

    Mine usually are related to some sort of flying, spinning or falling. The sleep paralysis is the worst though, because i was just lying in bed and my whole body just froze, like something heavy was pushing down on my chest!
