The police charged me for a crime i did not commit i was proven innocent by a court. im in australia can i get compensation for my time and legal costs

he wont work, plays computers all day, dose not lift a finger around the house. but last time i kick him out he got heavey into drugs and bad friends i rescued him brought him back and he still wont grow up im so frightened if i wont my life i have to let him go, but this rips me apart.

not from broken marrage given all he wonted, done grade 12, never had a job, lives at home for free not on any gov. benifits, mum and dad early fiftys, he wonts to play computer all day and have other non working mates sleepover, stays up till morning sleeps all day wont work. BUT i love him and told him to get a job or clean the house he told me to go and get f### and left. i feel like i failed him as he will be nothing and he had everything.
