My girlfriend started working as a waitress in Ontario making 8.90$/hour

it says 8.90 minimum for liquor server while 10.25/hour for most other things

The thing is she doesn't actually serve the liquor she takes the order then goes to the bartender and tells them what to make and the bartender brings the drink to the customer. Do you think its fair that she should be only making 8.90/hour?

at 1:55 part of the video the guy seems to just pull it right off after removing the axle nut. I even tried putting the tire back on and pulling it off and couldn't get it to budge. Any one have any advice?

Hi, My pool pump stopped working after I was moving it and when I took the cover off there was a black cable (that I'm holding) that isn't attached to anything. I took a picture of it and I'm hoping you can tell me where it goes The part labelled on/off is where the On/off switch on the cover was attached to.

I Know this is probably normal but just wondering what your guys take on it is. My dog is about 15 years old (beagle/lab mix) and she was never abused or hit or anything like that. any way for the 15 years or so we have had her she has been great comes when she is called plays ball and such but latelty she has been really slowing down not being able to crawl stairs and getting a little deaf.

Now when any one walks by her she flinches and runs away or if you call her she gets scared and runs the other way. I've also seen her walk into corner of the walls and trip and such so I'm guessing she is going blind/deaf/and trouble walking.

But some times when I put her in the backyard she is running around like a puppy playing with our other dog like nothing is wrong so I don't feel she is in bad enough shape to be put down

But my question is why does she act scared of everybody and won't even associate with the family any more?

I'm interested in buying my first jetski and I've watched videos of people doing tricks like submerging your jetskis.I think it would be boring to buy the kind you just go straight on. I want to try throwing the thing around. but any way they always seem to be the stand up kind doing these tricks Are the stand up ones speceficaly made to be submerged and not take water damage? Or are these guys just risking it
