Ok my lil brother is 25 yeara old and has being on bed for about 6 years now. He has limited use of his arms enough to control a motorized wheel chair which he was trained to use at the hospital where he was attended. He is in Brazil and my 55 year old mom

Is the only one takimg care of him. He has a 6 year old lil girl . My mom thinks he wont last too long because he has being taking some medications eat him

Up slowly. He is skin and bones, but he is such a bright boy full of energy and hopes to raise his child! Mother overstay visa.. Is alone .. The father crossed border over 20 years ago .... Lives with his parents and 5 more sister only 3sister who r minor were born here.... Father lost jobs due to drinking problems at work, the mother has being a stay at home mom, and they lived under his parents roof since her pregnancy, he pays rent. The child is 5 y/o now... What will it happen?? Please some one advice??

ok..o pai da minah filha de 5 anos e mexicno illegal sem nehum documeto..eu sou brasileira tambem fiquei aqui ilegal>quero fazer o registro de nascimento da minah filha no consulado brasileiro, mas opreciso do pai de acordo com a trabalhador ala....o pai nao tem neuhum forma d e documento ...issoo impata eu tirar o passaporte dela ou fazer o registro dela....o nome meu e dele est ano passaprte da minha filha....quero ir embora com minha filha mas ate agora ele nao assinou nada....ele nao trabalha e vive bebendo e fazendo besteira...tenho muito medo pois ele mim ameaca varias vezes que vai matar ...ja fui parar uma vezx no hospital por causa dele...nao sei oque fazxer...quero voltar a brazil...alguma ajuda porfavor ....eu morava la com ele e os pais e irmas dele...agor aminha mae tem 2 meses aqui visitando e estamos na casa da irma dela (minah tia)que ja mim disse que nao posso ficar com ela....

my friend and his ex are unmarried with a 5 y/o child and they are both illegal .since the mom was pregnant they moved to his parents(illegal immigrants), house because they are mexican and insist on having all their offspring with them to pay off rent and bills... my Friend went through a lot of physical and mental abuse from his ex and his family. and she can proof with medical records. Her ex drinks and drives, no license and she suspect he using illegal drunk. he recently lost his job for drinking problems and can't seem to find one. My friend wants to go to her home country but he wont sign the passport for the child and wont help out ...what can she do? she moved out of there and is in a different state now. All the child belongings is there ....her ex parents allows their son to drink do drugs and possibly bring girls to the house, and they r all illegal immigrants. It is not a fit environment for the child. Please any one has a suggestion of what to do?

the mother is scared to file for custody and the grandparents try to fight against her because the child had being living there since she was born with both parents...the mother has being in and out of their on and off because he had another lady pregnant at the same time ..and from time to time they influenced him to kick her out to bring the other lady and baby.

He tells her he wants to kill her and hates her..,,.but wants her to go back ti his parents house(where he live), she fear he will try to do something to her...before he hit her and she went to a shelter .

the mother is now working as a nanny with decent income, but wants to return to home country with child.
