I tend to be a very honest person. If you ask a question, I'll give an honest answer. The problem is how blunt I am with the answer. For example, if you asked me "What do you think of my new haircut?"

I might just simply say "I hate it."

I've come to realize that instead of saying "I hate it", I could just tell them what I don't like about it. "It doesn't fit your face." "It doesn't match your personality." "I don't think it represents you well enough."

The problem is, I never think it's rude. I would actually not mind being told "I hate it" because, for me, I'll simply ask "why?" instead of just getting offended.

How can I learn to be honest without sugar coating, but also not being too blunt?

I want to become a freelance photographer. I been doing my research lately and yes it said everything about hard work, self-employment, you buy everything, yadda yadda yadda. So, I konw you should only do ONE focus but I want to expand from this and be bigger EVENTUALLY. In the future, with hard work and long hours, I want a studio, receptionist and everything. I want a place to take pictures AT, Ya know? :) So, how do you start? I have one camera at the moment, looking at the next one and I think I'll start very small but I need a very tiny focus to start with. Any ideas? Oh, and how do freelancers pay taxes?

I just want to have a few days to think a few things out and stuff. I am trying to miss school but not just because. I've been a little stressed lately and just want to sit at home, breathe, and do my classwork in a more comfortable setting with no pressure. I have plenty of work to catch up on and everything. How can I fake being sick for just two or three days? I need something that can last a few days but not be too serious, ya know? Also, how should I ask for work from my teachers? Via email? Or should I send my mother to the school to collect my work?

I play the flute and I've only been on it for almost a year. I am the section leader of my high school band but it's really hard to teach them a song when iIdon't know how to sight read. I have to ask for help or hear the song before I can actually play it. It's really frustrating because I don't know how to sight read like the other section leaders and I don't know how to learn. One of the alumni woodwinds came back and practically took over my section and she thinks she's so much better than me because she can sight read and stuff. The fact that she can doesn't bother me, but she doesn't have to act like it makes her so superior to me. (In a musical stand point she is, I admit.) Is there a Youtuber or a continuous guide that could help me? My section leader, the one before me, never taught me these crucial things that I needed to know. I've been wanting to sight read forever, but no one will TEACH me! >.<

Does anybody know how I can do the ends of my micros since I'm ONLY using my actual hair?

I'm in Upward Bound and there's this TC that I'll just call Jay on here. So, from the start I liked Jay. (Not LIKED him) I enjoyed his company.I call him my best friend and I gave him a special nickname that only I can use for him. I like it when his attention is on me in some way. But, for some reason, when the other female students are too close to Jay it bothers me. Like, when he's walking around campus with someone else, or giving specific girls piggy-back rides and stuff, I get upset. I honestly don't believe I like him, because if I liked him, I could picture us together in some romantic setting in my mind, but I can't. It's not because of rules, or ages, or anything, I just don't feel that way. So why do I get jealous? I almost thought maybe I see him as the father figure I never had, but we're only 6 years apart. Maybe he's the older brother I've always wanted, then? I don't know. Is it normal? I don't have any feelings for him romantically, so what's the problem with me? Am I selfish? :/

Okay, don't think I'm some little girl whining about some little Twilight story I made up in my head because of the title. Here's what's going on: There's this guy, named Jay, that went to school with me last year. We talked and got to know each other and started to like each other. He's really sweet, smart, funny, and cute and a junior. Over the Summer, he found out he was transferring to another school. We were able to talk for some time but then we eventually lost all contact. At the beginning of this year, he was the only thing on my mind. I lost his number because of damage to my phone and social sites weren't his thing (even though we tried that).

I'm very active in school when it comes to extra-curricular activities, so it's no surprise that I met someone new. His name is Vonte. He's hilarious, sweet, smart, and he's just an all around fun guy. It happened on it's own that we started liking each other.

This semester, the 2nd semester, Jay came back. He wants to pick up right where we left off, but Vonte wants to make us official, too. My feelings for Jay never really left (because nothing bad really happened between us to begin with). Now I'm caught in the middle. I really don't know what to do. Help me, please?

This boy I like plays soccer and I really want to go to a game and support him, but I know nothing about soccer. What are basic things that every soccer fan should know?

So, I have this guy-friend of mine who I've known for a year. We know each other so well to the point where we can actually finish each others sentences and predict what each other is thinking in a situation. He jokes around and flirts a lot with me and some other girls in our class. I don't want to make this into something it's not but, in class today I took his pencil and he asked for it back. I said "I'll think about it." He gently grabbed my free hand and asked for it back then laughed. I pulled away, and laughed, too. That was something I was used to him doing with me and other girls. He started laughing saying he'll kiss me if I don't give it back. He's never really serious so I brushed it off as a joke. Then his face went serious, he looked right at me and quietly said "I love you." I tried to hide my shock and laughed as if it were a joke, but his expression didn't change. Then the bell rang and he went back to joking around as we walked to class. Could he have meant what he said? I ask because that didn't sound like a moment for that and he pretends to be serious sometimes but then he usually laughs. This time he didn't.

My crush and I were on a trip with our Upward Bound program. I was wandering the halls of the hotel and was about to get on the elevator when he came out of him room. He looked at me and said "Get in here." (He's not a mean guy, don't read it like that) I went into his room and he propped the door open because that was the rules. I sat on one side of the room while he sat on the other and we watched a movie. He reached over and pulled me onto the couch with him. We each were sitting as far apart on the couch as we could. He got up and closed the door and sat back in his spot. He started tickling me and pulled me a little closer to him. He held me down and was kissing my cheek and I was laugh (it tickled). After that he let go and we continued watching tv. He tickled me again and pulled me right next to him and held me for a little while and then asked me if I like him and I said yes. He said he liked me, too. Then he held me down and kissed me on the the lips. After a while he sat up and tried to pull me into his lap in a straddling position but I pulled back. He put me down and we watched more TV. His roommate walked and we just looked normal. Now it's like days later and I'm so confused. It just stopped there and when I finally talked to him I said it feels like it must not mean anything because we act like it doesn't . He asked me if I wanted to mean something, I told him yes, and he said something else and went to bed. Any thoughts?

I'm not asking for you to just say "yeah he does!" I'm asking so I know it'll be good to make a move. I'm 15 and I think he's 17. We go to two different high schools but we're in an Upward Bound program together. I see him everyday and we have two classes together. I see him at breakfast, before 1st period, we have 2nd period together, see at lunch (after 3rd), we walk back to the class building together, see each other for 5th, maybe hang out after dinner (We live on our college campus). If I'm upset, he won't stop til I laugh or smile. Recently, if we end up alone, he's so ridiculous. He'll pinch my cheeks, call me cute, ask what kind of guys I'm into, ask who I'm crushing on, poke me, make me laugh, hug me constantly, etc. It's crazy. In public it's just hugging and quiet conversation, jokes, discrete poking, that kind of stuff. I have anger issues and if I'm trying to hit somebody or something, he'll tell me to stop. It's sort of a command, but he says it calmly, not like a dictator. For some reason, other than liking him, I listen. My anger issues have decreased a little. He's always teasing me and I never see him without a smile. Should I make a move? Does he seem interested?

Career day is coming up and my future aspirations are be an artist/writer. I don't know something they'd normally wear. Any ideas?

I have a crush on this boy that I'm pretty good friends with, but it's the end of the school year. (Four weeks left in school.) I don't want to ask him if he likes me for two reasons: I'm afraid he doesn't, and I'm afraid he does. If he doesn't I'll be really embarrassed :( If he does, I'll go crazy over the Summer texting him and not being able to see him... even though he knows where I live. (Momma don't like boys lol)

Background: I've known him all year, he's funny, one grade above me, we're both track runners, he's a little bit immature at times, but when I'm upset his main goal is to be the one that makes me laugh. He used to sit by me everyday in class but the teacher moved him. I asked his friend to cheer me up one day and now his friend sits there. He noticed me laughing at jokes his friend was making and moved to sit by my 'best friend' and started making her laugh. She started laughing REALLY hard at EVERYTHING he said or did. I mean, what is so funny about someone saying "Don't hit me in the face"? She was slapping him in the face, neck, and the back of the head for NO reason. She knows I like him yet she decides to rub his legs to turn him on?! I'm done with her -.- But, I really really want him now (a little more than before). How can I ask him if he feels the same way without it sounding like "I really like you so please like me back"?

My coach calculated my blood volume at 3.6 liters. I'm 100 pounds. I was telling my cousin about it and now she wants to know hers. I forgot the formula. All I know is that the pounds were converted into kilograms and there was something about 1/2 something... help?

Hi :) Yes, um I've had some low iron levels lately and I take an iron supplement (when I remember to) but I don't want to just use all the time, you know? What foods contain iron in then that I could eat? I eat fish, eggs, and dairy... incase you only thought of the fish ;)

Also two side question:

How can you check your iron levels?

What level should you be on? (is it base on age and weight?)

No, I'm not a Senior or anything, but I want to have choices. I'm a freshman. Anyways, my uncle and I were talking on the topic of colleges. I told him that I want to go to Paine because it's small and I want to be familiar with my surrounding, (I go there often). SInce I'm only a freshman, I know NOTHING about the purpose of college. He explained majors, minors, scholarships, and all of that so, don't worry about that :P But, I told him I want to go to a small college and not a huge one. He said I might like a big college and not know. So, what are some colleges within the U.S. that I can major in ALL of these (Yes, I want all). Art, Music, and Counseling. I said all in case I change my mind about one ;) Please, don't boast your college up just becaase you graduated from it. If it doesn't have the requirments, I really don't want to go. I'm doing a Powerpoint for class and this is the only question that's stumped me. I thought they'd be binding if it's recorded by audio or video but my teacher said not always. Okay, yeah it's about a boy. So, there's this guy at my school who I think is very good looking. So, you know when you possibly like somebody, you take one hello and stretch it into fantasies of an amazing relationship (or at least I know girls do). That's not EXACTLY the case here, but okay whatever. So, last week, Mon-Fri, he would say "What's up?" to me out of the blue. I went to my locker Monday and I hear somebody say "Wassup, shawty?". I see him walk past looking at at me and then it dawned on me like Yes girl, he's talking to you! So I casually say "Sp." and go back to opening my locker and he goes.. somewhere lol So yeah Mon-Fri he said hey and even popped up in some of the spots I hang out at school. He just kinda strolls over, stands for a while, waits for me to look at him and then says "What's up?" and it's always with a smile. So, this week, I slightly expected him to do the same thing, but no. Monday he said nothing, all he did was kind of watch me walk by. Tuesday I leave my class, but then head back because I forgot something. I'm walking back to class along the wall and then he bumps into me then turns around and says "My bad, shawty." I took it as nothing. My friend tells me she saw him standing smack in the middle of the hall where the four halls connect. I as along the wall. He went left, I went right, we shouldn't have hit each other at all. Weeks before this we'd always be walking from our separate science classes and end up by each other and ut the corner of my eye I'd see him glancing back in forth. Is there something I'm missing here or is it just nothing?

Well, my gum looks and feels like it's swollen like right between my silver cap and my other tooth. These are my back/chewing teeth. I do brush often, in fact I brushed this morning and they were perfectly fine. This afternoon I felt it and I just recently brushed them and then rinsed with salt water. I haven't been to the dentist in a couple years btw. Any ideas on the problem? All that I ate before this was an egg and cheese biscuit and 3 Whoppers malted milk balls.

My cousin is super spoiled. She has EVERYTHING and she's only 12. She has an iPhone, an iPod, an iPad, over 50 headphones, 3 digital cameras, over 30 necklaces, over 50 bracelets, over 40 pairs of shoes, 4 mp3 players, 20 stuffed animals, and everything else! Okay, she loves pink, she's really into France and she catches an attitude if you give her something homemade. Help?!
