How do I unsubscribe to an RSS feed? I use Safari and operate with Mac OS X. I get the feeds directly in my inbox and can't figure out how to delete them. Any tips?

I'm planning on switching my LO to gdiapers, but I need some advice on which inserts to use with them. Even though I like the idea of the disposable inserts, they're a bit expensive, so I'd only use those on outings and such. I would like to buy the g diaper cloth inserts, but they're expensive as well. Roughly $5 per insert, plus shipping costs because I live in Hawaii, and I don't know of any stores that carry them here. Which cloth inserts do you use? How much do they cost? And do you know if wool can be an insert or just a diaper cover? Also, if I were a handier person, I would sew my own, but I'm not, so that's not an option. All of your answers are much appreciated. I have a 3 year old, almost 4 year old daughter who wants nothing to do with fruits, veggies, or anything else that might be considered healthy. I've tried everything I can think of. I've even asked her what she would like me to make and then let her help cook it, but she still won't touch it. Have any of you gone through this? How did you get past it?
