  • getting my voice healthy again?

I'm going to be a vocal education major in college next year but the constant colds ive been getting recently have been in the way of me preparing for this. And they seem to only be getting worse.

Since the beginning of this school year I have been getting very soar throats and runny noses. At times this has forced me to not talk to avoid pain.

I personally think my problem is my schools food (they serve nothing but chicken and pizza every day and it is so greasy that you can actually see it drip off the food), but even if is part of the problem I can't pack lunch and most of the "healthier" choices are just as bad.

The only other thing that I can think of that could hurt me is that I sometimes stay up late at night. But this is rare and only when the teachers assign to much homework for me to finish at once.

Please if any one can think of some other things that could be hurting my throat, or anything I can do to get it more healthy I desperately need to know!

Me and my family don't know exactly how it happened but this morning my family's home was swarmed with about 200 flies. We have been killing them like crazy and my mom and me must have killed about 100 of them at least. does any one know of a faster way to kill them other then a fly swatter and poison?

  • Need help with an english final?

our final in english is over a lot of the stories seen in the movie, America's Heart and Soul, however i was sick when she played the movie. can anyone tell me who some of the characters were in it and how they were living the american dream?

only example i can come up with from the notes i could take from my classmate was this:

Michael Bennet, boxer, heart carries him and makes up for his lack of experience, God blesses him to bless others (helping the little kid box more and to be out of the streets less). was in jail but went to the olympics

im not sure but i think we were supposed to highlight the american dream which according to my teacher follows these points.

    1. freedom

    2. helping others

    3. power

    4. peak

    5. international cooperation

    6. rights from god

    7. free the oppressed

    8. loyalty

i know this may not be making a lot of sense but im really lost and my grade depends on this
