Do you have to have two different pictures for passport application, or two copies of one picture?
I'm applying for my passport, and they're asking for two pictures. They really don't elaborate on whether they want two different pictures or two copies of one picture. I would've gone ahead and got two, but that's another 10 bucks; plus, they gave me two copies of my first picture, which really made me puzzled!

There's a huge concert in Japan in 3 months and my brother and I have planned to go. The only problem is passports. This will be our first time applying, so do I have to wait 6 months for our passports to be valid in order to get into Japan?
If so, is there any way to get around it?!
