My neighbor 60+ lb Boxer mix, killed my 10 lb Pom..........they say my dog "lunged" at their dog.......and it was our fault because our dog was not on a leash.........we live in an Apt. and our landlord does not impose on us to use leash.......Please, someone with legal advice... We have taken our dogs to many dog park, and our dogs NEVER show agrasion to our other dogs.... I am so grieve stricken. Please help. Thank you.

I am opening an Asian Fusion fast food restaurant that would feature BBQ items in a sandwich form or as a dinner entree.

I thought of a name that will sumarize our concept: A sense of adventure; fast, casual and inexpensive : RICKSHAW CHARLIE'S BBQ

Please give me your input on what you think of the name and the impression you get from hearing of the name... also, what menu item(s) would you like to see in an establishment such as ours....

How many of you think that my answer is a violation of Yahoo's guideline?

My Answer: ""with spelling like that.... are you competent and old enough to bring up a daughter?"

My appeal: Specificly, which term of your guideline did my answer violate? Its NOT vulgar, Its not hateful,. Read the question, I am just stating a fact, and factually opined. Why doesn't your guideline have a clause for FALSELY reporting a violation? It seems you are open to frivolous reporting. IF we can not opined freely, what use is your forum in a society that promote free speech as dictated by the framers of our Constitution?
