I recently lost my phone which is a Sprint Samsung Epic 4g,and im trying to look for a way to retrieve te pictures on the phone. Ive tried seeing if the are in my email but theyre not is there a way that i can retrieved them without the phone?

My neighbors son got beaten by another neighbor, she needs advice on what to do.

This is what happen :

My neighbors son was playing at the house of their neighbor and the mother of the neighbor boy got the the boy choked him, kicked him in the knees and scratched him all over his face. My neighbor didnt call the police until after two months beacause i kept telling her she couldnt leave it that way. She did the mother that did this to my sons neighbor denies it and declares that my neighbors son touched their little 3 year olds daughters butt my neighbors son is 8 and if he did that thats no reason for her to have done that to my neighbors son.

So they went to court and the judge declared in favor of of the mother that beat my neighbors son.

p.s. my neighbor has pictures of all the bruises scratches choke marks

they told her she could appeal. i need advice to give her on what to do her son is traumatized he doesnt go out anymore to play, hes peeing himself in school, started sleep walking, and is losing weight , he even says that he wants to get in a gang when he grows up so he can do same thing that lady did to him to her. HELP

So I have as you can see by the question n a couple of ppl I know by hi n bye or been classmates have friende me but never even posted anything hey how you been just has me on their friends list. I don't think I should be the one beggining the convo since the requested me not the other way around. Why do you think they do that should I start a convo or delete them?

I met this guy online and we have been talking to each other on off through txts n phone calls but we have never met each other he doesn't even know how I look. He says he really likes but seems like he's just infatuated about the idea of knowing there's someone outthere that likes him. He would always txt me but lately I would have to txt him n he would always tell me that if txted me or called me last he wouldn't call or txt until I did. I didn't like that its like playing games. I feel like I do like him but at the same time no. Its been over a month since we've talked or txted he called me about 2 weeks ago and nothing more I didn't answer cuz I was working should I call him? Or just leave it be and move on.

I live in L.A. so would prefer some places to go to n have fun in L.A. but out of states places are welcomed for future refrences.
