I'm up too versing the elite 4, second time round when they get harder after beating the kanto gym leaders

I get up to Lance and don't even beat the first pokemon he sends out

My party:

Typhlosion - Lvl 69

Gengar - Lvl 72

Lugia - Lvl 68

Dragonite - Lvl 58

Golbat(shiny) - Lvl 56

Riolu (Exp sharing to lvl it up) - Lvl 37

What should i raise them too?, or any pokemon you sughgest i should catch?

also after i beat lance

will i need to train more to beat red?

or will i be able to beat him straight away?

I got image mixer 1.5 (by Pixela) with my handy cam, its rather an older handycam, it came out about 3 years before vista, but when i go to install it, it says it is not recommended for this operating system then it closes, is there a patch so that i can install it, as my handy cam would be pointless if it can't
