What do you think MADE Skyfall?
I liked the movie. It had a terrific intro and Adele was pretty spectacular. But to be honest, it was just like any other action movie. Yes, it had some perks since it was a Bond film, but you couldn't honestly say that it was better than the Bourne films.
That was until I got to the scene about Skyfall. I felt that the part from when Bond took M with him to Skyfall to the part when she dies was what made the movie awesome. But that's just me...what do you think made the movie?

Seriously! Yes, Its hard to believe that a 16 year old can accomplish so much, but studies have shown that after a set amount of practices for pros, their speed doesnt increase too much. There is a good chance that she legitimately won the Olympics.

I have a very thin layer of fat on my abs. I run around 4 miles per day. If i continue doing this, and do ab workouts too, by the time i lose all my fat, should i see a six pack?

Lunges work great and i love them. I can feel the burn in my glutes and thighs. But for some reason, squats seem to give me pain. Its right below my right butt, at the end of my thigh. Its kinda like i stretched a muscle or something. I run everyday, so its not like im outta shape or anything.

Alright, so i always breathe in and out of my nose while running. To experiment whether there is a better way, i did this experiment. I ran 400m with mouth breathing and was able to get a time of 1:01. I then did this with inhaling with my nose and exhaling with my mouth, and i got a time of 55s. My question is...should i try doing this in the mile and 5k races as well?

my pr is at 22 min right now, and i wanna bring that up to the 18's (5k) I started running last week and i ran 4 miles straight everyday. I felt that i could do more, but i thought id take it easy for the first week. My pace was at a 7:37. how much should i actually run everyday to bring my time down by next august?

Normally, for 5ks, my pace is a 7:23. id like to get this down to a 6:00 pace. now, during the offseason for xc, i go out on 4 mile runs. I maintain my 5k pace for these runs. Do you think i should try to fasten my pace and take short breaks between each mile or 2. or should i jst do what im doing right now?

Alright, so i luv playing soccer and i also love training for marathons, so i planned on going for a few long runs this winter. I live in missouri, where the temp could go down to 10 degrees F. I pretty much hate those baggy track pants. I got so used to training and running with soccer pants(the ones tapered close to the ankle). I just wanted to ask if itll look awkward to run with soccer pants

I only ran 3 5ks and my times were 24.05 25.10 and 22.50. I'm gonna be a senior next year and I really wanna be in high jv or in varsity:). This time would be at or around 18:00 depending on the course.
For this winter, I'm planning to run 3 miles and 2 miles every consecutive days and do a long 6 miles or cross training on Sunday's. This is all in the gym. And I'm planning to do the same during the summer, but incorporate some road runs and later hit the track to do some speed workouts.
Is it possible to hit 18:00 if I do this? I don't want to be slow as a senior so thats why....
If you have any alternative suggestions for my workouts and runs, pls say so. Thanks!!!:)

Hey guys, i did xc this year and had a mile time of 6:36 and a my best 5k was 23.44. Next year, i wanna bring this down to the 18 and 19 range and bring my mile time to around 5 minutes or less. I was planning to run 3 miles in the treadmill everyday this winter. What should i do in the track during the spring? any specific workouts? do you have any other suggestions for what i should do to improve my times? How gradual must my change be? for ex, i dont expect to go from 6:36 to 5:45 at once...

I always had this thing for programming. I just got an acceptance letter from Georgia TEch, which has one of the best cs programs in the world. The problem is that i heard cs is for low prestige jobs. I dont want to be 40 years old and be bored with my job either. For ex. i dont want to work for a bank. I want to work for one of ^those big companies, where i can join the action in creating the next os or the next big thing like COD. Would i be accepted into these companies, considering i was accepted to one of the most prestigious schools in the country?
