**Advance topic** GPCR Hyperactivation?
So I'm working with a receptor that is a GPCR. I am screening receptor agonists using a calcium mobilization assay. What I found was that my agonists hyperactivate the receptor in a dose-dependent manner up to 250%. My question is if this is unheard of, or if it is common, and what causes hyperactivation? I ruled out washing as the reason for the increased activation
