The title says it all I got the PC version from steam and the most dragons and more common dragon mods don't help. So what do I do?

So me and my friend played on Xbox Live for a while and it was just yesterday a big thunderstorm hit and it switched my NAT type to open. My friends was open all the time, but since that storm I could not join any of his partys, any sessions he was hosting, or anything he was doing period and vise versa. All we can do now is send messages to each other. I think that is my internet because it was moderate then it turned to open during the storm. Can anyone help out with this? I tried turning my modem off for 30 seconds but it didn't work. I can still connect to and party with everyone else on my friends list, but not this one.

I have beaten the game and I now I would like to use the action replay cheats. I have all the codes for Black and White, but when I try to boot the game with the codes it will not work. The action replay just freezes. I do not know what is wrong. I used the codes that codejunkies provided and it still wouldn't work. Can you help me out? Their is nothing wrong with my action replay because it boots other games with the codes and works just fine, its just black and white are the ones that are having trouble. Again can you help me out?

So i ordered a game and it had all the dlc that you get when you preorder it. Im not able to get on Live at my house because the internet is bad. So I went to my friends house and we did all the dlc downloading their. I had to take my hard drive with me when I when to his house since it had all my memory on it. When I took it back to my house I turned on the game and at the start menu, i press start and it pops up saying You do not have the rquired dlc to load this saved game. I'm not that far in the game so it wont give me the content until I get farther in it. I just want to know what to do because I really want to play this game with the dlc. Do I have to stay on Live for me to play the game or what?
