So I'm sick and I thought since I can't sleep I'd watch a netflix movie or show, but it turns out my dumb Playstation 3 has signed me out. So I entered my password, "wrong". So I went to send a request new password thing. "Email incorrect" What's happening? My email is correct. My password I'm pretty sure was correct to.

I'm on the site and it says, "not a valid email." What did I get banned? I don't have any PS friends, I barely play on my Ps3. What's happening?

Do I have to put the song on my pc in a certain folder for them to be recognized?

I don't have any music in the music folder, I have it on itunes.
