Ok here's the thing I know I can file on my own without a lawyer. I can't figure out how to. Here's the situation. I live in North Carolina and he lives in Nevada. I don't know what papers I need to file or how to file without a lawyer. if anyone can help me out here I would appreciate it thinks.

Ok first when answering don't say take her to the vet the closest appointment they have is the 27th which she will be going than. I have a 4 yr old german shepard that i got for xmas she was a rescue dog. Lately she has been losing wieght and eating like I haven't feed her in weeks. I am not sure whaat is wrong with her I have dewormed her and still she's not gaining weight I feed her three times a day twice a day with both dry and alpo wet food. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what might be wrong with her and what i can do to help her gain weight?

I am asking this because let me start from the beginning. I met my two kids dad in 2004 I had my daughter in 2005 he left 10 days before she was born came back when she was 4 months disappeared again when she was 8 months right after i found out I was pregnant with my second child. He just now got a girlfriend and has acted like i won't let him see them. He has never made contact with me until now and I am unsure of what to do my kids are 6 and 4. He has not paid me but two months worth of child support. I was just wondering what the laws were when it came to visitation because we never got married and I am unsure how this works.
