Hello everyone! It would mean a great deal to us if someone could recommend an all inclusive resort with a really good beach in Montego Bay Jamaica (Negril is fine also). We are okay with an average resort as long as the beach is amazing. What we mean by "good beach" is a beach with no coral (or if there is coral, very little of it), no rocks, and no shells. We dont want to wear water shoes, we like smooth sandy beaches. We dont travel very often due to the economy so its extremely important to us that our beach is beautiful. Please if you know of anything we would love to hear about it!

My boyfriend and I will be driving from New York to Orlando Florida in August. He is 20 and I am 19. We are hoping to stop a few times along the way to break up the long drive. I was wondering if anyone knew of any cheap hotels or motels in Virginia Beach VA and/or Myrtle Beach SC that allows for under 21 check in. I have been dancing for many years and have always used the same brand of ballet shoe because I didnt think to ever change it. I never really liked the way my foot looked in them so I finally decided to make a change! I dont have completely flat feet but my arch sucks so Im looking for a shoe that will make my feet look good. I have always used leather so I am thinking of trying out canvas but Im not sure so I need your help. The two shoes Im looking at are the Bloch Proflex Split Sole or the Block Pro Elastic Split Sole? Which one of these is better? Also, if you have any other recomendations those are greatly appreciated! Nutcracker rehearsals begin soon so I would love some answers soon :) Thanks!

what is the cost of dance education/training in order to become a professional dancer? Im talking overall cost starting from the age you begin to dance to the end of your professional career?

I just wanted to ask you to pray for a senior from my school. she got into a tragic accident, and passed away on the way to school on monday. my entire school community is suffering greatly from her loss as is all of her friends, family, and people who didnt know her. she was 17 . i dont want to release any other details because of privacy for the mourning family. but i just wanted to ask that whatever religion you are, even if you dont know her. to please pray for isabella & her family and friends. im a christian & i believe that she is a beautiful angel now in heaven shinging down on us.

i know this isnt a real question i guess, but im trying to deal with my own mourning right now :/

Okay so a week ago today I met this kid. I thought he was cute and we started talking...he asked me out two days later. (Saturday March 20th) I said yes, because I didnt see anything wrong with the whole thing and figured Id get to know him better. He is a really really sweet boy who respects me and everything. But Im beginning to think that maybe being in a relationship was the wrong thing to do. I almost want to break up with him...but I feel so bad because hes so sweet. So Im confused...I dont know what I should do. Some of my friends at school suggest waiting it out a little...but honestly I dont know if I want to. I figure if Im gunna end it I should end it before he gets too attached..which he already is....

So I really want to do competition for dance, but my studio doesn't offer it.

Now this is where the hard decision comes in. Ive been dancing with my current studios owner since I was 6 years old (15 now). And this studio is like family to me. I take 4 dance classes, and I only pay for two because the owner takes care of my other classes. My moms getting over breast cancer right now, and through this whole time the owner of my studio has been there. Shes like an aunt to me. Id feel so guilty leaving. But I REALLY want to do competition and I only have 2 years left before college. What do I do ?!?

Okay so...Im currently in my 5th consecutive year of ballet, I have a pretty good turnout. (Not amazing but Im starting to do the frog stretch every day) But my problem is my left foot. I never ever sickle my right foot, but I ALWAYS sickle my left. And I know im sickling and I try to fix it but I feel like my foots almost stubborn...Does anyone know any exercises or stretches or can give me advice on how to fix it? Its so frusturating because she told me the only thing keeping me off pointe is that! Please help, and thank you (:

Im going to gymnastics camp this summer and need some new leotards. They have to be cheap. And tank top leotards. They cannot be unitards and can only be GYMNASTICS LEOTARDS. I dont want any dance ones seeing as I already have way to many of those. So if anyone knows of any websites where I can find them thatd be great.

Also, I need wraps for my hands does anyone have any suggestions ?

I want to go to a summer dance camp/intensive.

Im 15 and my experience with dance is as follows:

Ballet : 5 years of consecutive training (6th-10th grade, Im in 10th grade now so this is my 5th year). I took it for one year when I was four and 3 years (1st-3rd grade) as a child but took a 3 year break in between so that is not counted in the 5 years.

Jazz: 7 consecutive years (4th-10th grade, this being my 7th year) And one year when I was four.

Tap: 2nd consecutive year (9th-10th grade) I also took it for 3 years (1st-3rd grade).

Hip-Hop: One year.

I live in NY so it could be anywhere in NYC or on Long Island.

If it is upstate I'd prefer it to be a sleepaway type thing.

Id also be interested in the following states:

And anywhere out of the country, or in Hawaii.

My friend thinks she has an ear infection and she wants to know if theres anything she can do to make it better WITHOUT getting prescription medicine from a doctor. Is there anything she could do? and if so what?

Im 15 and I live in NY about 45 minutes from the city and Id love to audition and go there. Ive been taking ballet almost my whole life. I was just wondering the kinds of things done at the audition. Do 18 year olds have a different kind of audtion (harder one) then a 15 year old. What kinds of things should I be able to do?
