We have a 1 yr old cocker spaniel that we just recently got from an individual. When we got this little guy he was covered in mats and a bit thin and not neutered. So as you can imagine until we were able to get him into the vet to have him neutered he marked a few times in the house.

He has now been neutered for about 3 weeks and doesn't mark anymore. However he has a tendancy to go outside then come back in a use the restroom on the floor. We have a 1 yr old border collie that we rescue'd when he was 6 wks and have him on a food/outside potty schedule as well as they are walked 4-5 times a week. Both dogs are let out every 2 hours, fed 3 small meals a day and are restricted on water and food after a certain time of night. We have never had any trouble with our other dog with going potty in the house and are a wits end with the new dog. We have had the cocker for about 1 1/2 months now and can't understand why he is not on the schedule yet. Any suggestions would be great!!
