i like boy B way more then boy A but boy A said hes in love with me, but i dont want to date him, hes my bestfriend, and ive only known him for 4 months

i have a question, and having a hard time!! 

i have this boy im talking to, hes really sweet, clingy, messages me 24/7, and i like him, but hes LOVES me. and the other boy is my ex, which we dated for 6 months, but been best friends ever since and known each other for 4 years. and he likes me still and wants to go out again, hes sweet, cute, tall. and trusts me a lot and i trust him a lot. and i really like him too. but i dont want to hurt the first boy. who should i stop talking to and who should i date?
