So I'm in eighth grade, and we're putting on our school play.

I got the girl lead, which entails romance between me and the lead male, but I... am not an attractive person at all- I gaps between my slightly yellowed teeth, which is my worst feature- and he... is a very attractive and popular guy who many girls think is hot.

People are going to make fun of him for having to lower himself to act like he's into me.

He's going to get tormented because I'm ugly.

And no one will bother making fun of me, because I'm the one who "gets to act out a romance with a hot guy."

What should I do?

ok so i was hanging out with this guy ive known since i was born and i used to like him and he knows that but i dont like him anymore. hes a pretty violent guy and he kept tackling me and tickling me like crazy and then he sat down and there was a giant tent in his pants and when he went on the ground it went straight up and when he didn't think I was looking he crosed his arms over it and pushed it down. I'm pretty sure it was an erection. I didn't say anything and said I had to run over to my house to check something real quick so he could, I dunno, compose himself and when I came back it was gone. We didn't talk about it.

It was REALLYYY akward. We're 14. What should I do now? I don't want to be around him if he's trying to get in my pants or something, but he's been my best friend since I was born. PLEASEEEE help.... I am sooo confused....

OK so I met this guy last week when he came to my school and today at a high school football game that all of the 8th graders from our school always go to he was flirting with me and making me high five him and he was hugging me and brbing me with gum to make me hug him. And then I was talking to another guy in our class and he said the guy who was flirting wih me called me "dateable."

Does he like me? Earlier today he told me he really liked my best friend, but now he does all this... IDK. I'm confused. What do you think?

OK. So there's this guy I really liked. He really liked me last year but this year he has a girlfriend. We go to different schools. He said that he liked me this year, and if he didn't have a girlfriend he would go out with me, but he really loves his girlfriend so he is trying to get over me. The other day he had a dream that I kissed him, and when he told his girlfriend she dumped him and he started dating me (that was all in his dream.) After he told me about this dream we talked about how we both liked each other but were trying to get ovre each other because of his girlfriend.

I met him in a play last year and apparently he REALLY liked me but I didn't really know him that well so I didn't like him, but I thought that he was really cute and I wanted to get to know him better but my part was so big that I was always on stage so I never got to know him.

This year, we were in another play again and we were REALLY close. I really started to like him and it began to develop into a HUGE crush.

BUT.... this summer he had a girlfriend. He told a mutual friend that if he was single he would go out with me but I felt really awakward about that becuase, I mean, he has a girlfriend. And then yesterday, at our last show, he was telling a mutual friend about this dream he had but he wouldn't tell me what it was so later I texted him and he said it was that he dreamt that I kissed him and in his dream when he told his girlfriend she broke up with me and we started dating (this was in his dream!). So then we had this whole heart to heart how we both liked each other but we were trying to get over each other because of his girlfriend.

I'm just not sure what to do because I told him I was getting over him and he said he was getting over me but I'm actually not getting over him I still REALLYYYYYY like him, like you have no idea. I don't know what to do now. HELP???

OK so my friend is spending the night and she gets on her facebook and tells me I can do whatever I want on it and falls asleep. i look at some of her messages with this other girl from our school and she tells her that she needs to see her and a few other girls because me and this other girl are the only ones she can reach regularly and she isnt going to tell US her secrets.

Here are thigns he does:

-He never initiates conversations. i ALWAYS have to text/call him first.

-He always talks about himself or video games. If I ask him how he is, he'll tell me but he won't ask me how I am so the convo goes nowhere.

-He can be REALLYY sweet, but that's pretty much the only thing I like about our conversations. He isn't particularly funny or witty and we have literally no back and forth so generally our convos are pretty boring.

-Whenever i make a joke he just says "oh haha"

-If i tell hiim something bad that happened to me he'll jsut say "that sucks" and move on.

-He is REALLYYYYY sweet though. He says thigns like "youre so sweet" or "youre so cute" or "1234", which means i love you, all the time.

Does he sound like an ok boyfriend? hes pretty much the only guy whose ever liked me and hes really cute (appearance wise and personality wise) and i think hes the best im ever gonna get. i dont wanna break up with him cuz i dont think ill ever find anyone else.

im 14, btw..... and dont say thats too young to know about stuff like that. we're going to the same HS and everything so if i stay with him we could really make it in the long run and i think it might be worth it to stay with him, even if he's not 100% my perf match

OK so there's this guy that I have literally grown up with. He was born a month after me, he lives in the house next to mine in the room right across from mine (our windows face eachother.... sort of like "You Belong With Me"'s music video). A few months ago I told him I liked him and he never responded so I took it to mean he didn't like me back so I got over him. Now I basically have a boyfriend (we're going on our first date on Friday, but I'm not sure how much I really like him... :P) and lately I've been comparing them.

My bf (kinda) never initiates conversations and doesn't do much to keep it going. He'll only talk about himself, unless he's saying something cheesy and lame.

My friend almost always starts the convos, and he'll make sure I get to say stuff to. We always have really funny back-and-forth, while with my bf it's always really boring convos. I don't really get to be funn around him.

Anyway, I was texting my friend today and we were talking about music and he said that he likes "all music" and I was like "thats good, i hate it when people only like one kind of music" so he was like "yeah i hat eit when they tell what to listen to in the car" and i was like "yeah thats annoying" and he was like "except me. i can do it :)" and i was like "not if im in the car!" and he was like "yes-huh!! ill pick britney spears" cuz he knows i hate britney so i was like "........go die somewhere" and he was like "only if you come with me!"

I'm not sure what to make of that! And then we had this whole back and forth about how I would refuse to die and he said he would kill me unless I could guess the one thing he wanted, and I kept guessing things like video games, money, etc, but he kept saying no, and when I finally gave up he said I HAD to guess, and I got this weird feeling he wanted...... me? but he didnt want to say it? idk..... it was weird. i think once i told him i had a bf he got jealous or something. IDK!!

On Friday, me and my boyfriend are going on our first date. We're going to the Harry Potter Movie, and since we've only met in person two other times (when we first met a month ago, at a mutual friend's bday party, and the next day when we went on a walk) my mom insisted that we go in a group, so my friend is coming along.

I'm not sure what to wear: jean shorts, a mini jean skirt, a regular, casual skirt, or long skinny jeans (which would be hot but cute).

I'm not sure what to expect: hand holding, hugging, what the convo will lead to, will he pay for my ticket even though my friend is there.....

I'm just not sure!!!!! He's a nice guy whose not gonna be, like, going for action or something.

HELP?

My boyfriend has been at camp for a week and got back yesterday night. At first we were being all cute- "i missed you" "i missed you more"- but then he started talking about his brother and I asked him if he knew about me and he said yeah so, jokingly, i said "im too scared to tell mine. they'd prolly beat you up... :/" and then he randomly said "i have to go to bed. talk to you later."

i know how stupid this sounds but every time we say goodnight we always do some kind of emoticon, usually " :* ". so i was concerned i might have offended him when he said goodnight without doing this. the next day i texted him 3 or 4 times sporadically, from 11am to 7pm and he didn't respond once. then, at about 10pm, he finally responded defending himself and his brother, whom MY brother had threatened once i finally told him about my bf.

he seems angry and different then usual. do you think i upset him? how can i make it right?
