After my breast milk came in (which was only a few days ago) I was producing a good amount that my nursing pads would be almost soaked. The past 2 days, breastfeeding became painful so I decided to pump instead and feed my 10 day old from the bottle since it was less painful to pump then to feed straight from the breast. But now I only pump about 1 ounce per breast at a time. (Every 2-3 hours) and my pads no longer get wet at all. What can I do to bring back more supply? Is it going to be this way for good?

My dog (2 yr.) got into some bug poison yesterday. Took him straight to urgent care. He got doses to prevent seizures(successful) and to decrease his tremors. He threw up the poison and they gave him some fluids to run on for he couldn't eat until the next morning. This morning he was still quite shaky so I took him to the vet but he did eat an entire regular bowl meal and drank water. They gave me some methocarbamol and it worked instantly. It's supposed to be a quarter every 8 hours but by the eighth hour when it was time to take his second one, he wasn't showing any tremors at all which was great but still gave it to him anyway as instructed to do so. Doctor said ears, eyes, gums, bones are looking great. He isn't bloated and his organs didn't feel swollen to him. So we've only seen improvement. MY ONLY concern is the change in how much he's eaten and how much he's pooping. He ate a full bowl this morning and pooped a little less than usual this afternoon. It was a bit lighter color than usual but the texture is normal. Wagging his tail a lot. Super playful. Still seems really happy. Pooped again this evening but hasn't eaten much after. Just half a bowl. I gave him a treat and he ate it so he hasn't completely rejected food. Is this normal? Will it take time for him to start eating again? He obviously isn't constipated because he can poop, it's just less than normal. Experienced, informed nice people please. I stayed up all night with him last night. I've done all I can.

My two year old dog ate some bug poison this afternoon. I noticed when I stepped outside by his dog house and he didn't get up. He usually runs to me so it seemed a bit odd. I tried to get him to stand up but he refused to. Then I really knew something was wrong. He did attempt to stand and walk but he just trembled and struggled. My mom noticed that he had ate bug poison that blends in with the dirt but he obviously must have picked it up even though he never eats or rolls around in the dirt, he just dig holes. Then I found some of it on his bed so then I know it was the bug poison. I took him to the vet but of course the entire treatment/cure was ridiculousy expensive. This dog is my responsibility and I am only an 18 year old college student with a part-time job. So they said that the most they could do with the least expenses is give him a dose that would reduce any seizures and tremors. He threw up at the animal urgent care but he has not since. He came home with me so I am just watching him and I will be taking him with his primary vet tomorrow morning. He is still trembling but he seems to still struggle. He is putting in great effort to stand and walk though. I don't know what to do. No medications were dispensed. Only a dose to reduce tremors and prevent seizures. I just don't know what happens from here. What to wait for. Will he be okay with the simple dose? Or are all those expensive medications absolutely necessary? I am terrified.
