How much would you pay for a standard breed foal with around 1200 gp?

I'm thinking of getting my boyfriend and engraved silver plectrum for christmas.

I really want the sims 3 pets. Is it a stand-alone game, or do I have to have the sims 3 first?

So, my boyfriend is leaving for university soon, then I leave a week later. We're going to be a couple of hours apart, so want to give him a nice present.

Was thinking of doing a box, with a photo of us, a drawing if I can finish it in time, his favourite chocolate, a cd, & some jokey things that would make him smile.

Making white truffle cake for him, and maybe shaping it to a heart?
