How long should my hair be for it to look like his and how do i do them can you provide a video or deatailed steps for how to do la capone dreads

I have an iPhone 5 and every time I plug it up it will jump to a high percentage I would usually let it charge all night when I took it off it would go to 50 then 30 then etc etc until it died I don't know what's wrong with it any ideas ?

I have come all the way to the mission return to the tower killed the guy and made it back to the ship when he asked do I want to go back I say yes and it just stays on the loading screen it doesn't freeze it just doesn't go to the next level it does ask for an update but I am currently traveling and I can't connect to the hotels wifi anyway it won't load it just stays there I don't know what to do any help ??(PS3)

I'm currently playing skyrim ps3 and I'm doing a quest called diplomatic immunity I gave all my gear to the wood elf then started a fight by accident I hit delphin then cast a calm spell on her after leaving and coming back she just says "you can't go to the thalmor etc. Any Ideas it won't let me speak she just says that very time I press X any help??
