My car is getting repossessed this week. I let my insurance go since the car is going to be gone, and got into a serious wreck 2 days ago. What will happen when they come to repossess the car? I'm not sure what it takes to qualify the car to be deemed totaled, but the airbags did come out, the windshield is cracked in 2 different places, and there is cosmetic damage to the front, and not sure about underneath, but the tow truck driver said there is a hole in the oil pan. I'm just trying to find out what will happen when they come to pick it up.

I need to file for unemployment. I just lost my job. I live in California, but i have only worked in this state for a little over 3 months, as i just moved back from AZ. Would i file unemployment in Calfornia or Arizona?

I have a 2008 Mazda3 and its about to get reposessed. The people at the financing company told me that "all new cars have lojack" so they know where my car is. I remember when i bought it they offered to purchase lojack, but i declined it. Im trying to figure out if they are lying to me to get me to surrender the vehicle, or if it really does. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

I got a speeding ticket back in november of 2007. At the time, i lived in AZ but was born and raised in cali and i got it when driving to familys house in ca. i went to court (mandatory) and got fined. REALLY high. so i set up payments, paid more then my monthly for a few months. had 600 paid off of it and then i lost my job. i called them and told them my situation and they said okay and to call them when i can make my next payment. i didnt end up finding a job and had to move back to california. When i got here, i handed my lil sister 750 bucks, which is what i still owed on it, gave her my case number, and told her to run into the court and pay it. they wouldnt let her pay because they said I would have to go to court, and they added 600 back to the fine. so now im back to where i started, and DMV DIRECT UPDATE FTP HOLD ISSUED is what it says online when i look up my case. anyone know what this means?

I was at a party tonight. I had 2 beers. Was not even close to being drunk. My 18 y/o MALE cousin decided to be all ballsy or whatever u want to call it. I was talking to my 14 y/o cousin and the 18 y/o thought i was talking s**t about him, when really, i didn't even bring up his name. But he went crazy and said i was calling him fake. He grabbed my arm and cornered me. I have marks on my arm from it. I told him not to touch me, so after telling him 10x to get his hands off of me, he walked away. Then he pulled a HUGE knife out of the drawer and came after me with it and told me he was going to "kill me like my mother got killed" . I immediately left. As soon as i got away from the house i called the police. My little sister called him, and i guess he told her on the phone that he was going to "kill the dumb *****" (me). I haven't heard from the cops yet, so i don't know whats going on. Will they arrest him?

I work nights.. 10PM-6AM . I have 2 children that i have to get to school by 7:10AM. This morning, my boss asked if i could stay for overtime, and i told him the latest i can stay is 6:30 because i have to take my kids to school. He then proceeded to tell me that if i don't stay, i will not have a job. Is this legal?

I was involved in a BAD car accident on Christmas Eve. My back has been hurting ever since. Tonight it's to the point where i can barely walk. I have been taking Vicodin but it hasn't been helping me at all. My boyfriend has some Cyclobenzaprine that i want to take, but i'm not sure if its safe to take the two together. Help please!
