Id love to take my mom out somewhere in the CT region. I heard Litchfield area is amazing although I'd like to actually walk around a little downtown area. Go to little shops, cafe's, eating lunch, etc. I live in RI so Newport is out of the question. Is there any quant town you've visited in CT or RI that you fell in love with and would make for a good day trip, recommendations for specific places to visit (restaurant & entertainment) would be great!

I was suppost to start 2/2 and still havent. My fiancee and I rarely use condoms, so it could be possible to become pregnant. I have taken multiple pregnancy tests and they have all been negative. Recently I got accepted to college. Of course living on campus is an option but I never found it appealing. Yes I know what you all may think, it's important to live on campus your first year and make new friends because that's what you pay thousands of dollars for. But I have zero interest in living with multiple other girls. My parents will most likely pay 12,000 dollars just for me to come home and make the hour commute to my college everyday. (I will not stand for people who make my life difficult in any way). There is another option though. My parents are okay with it if that's what I truly want to do. I have a boyfriend who lives five minutes from my college. So we've been talking with my parents about living together and renting an apartment. We've already choose a place to live, which is two minutes from his family and one of his cousins already lives in the complex. It's in our budget and a my parents think it's fine. Again, I know you all will think it's too soon and were too young. I agree with you. But because of our hour distance, we are able to have sleep overs. Since my house falls into the last category, I could claim I'm living at home. But really be living near my campus with my boyfriend. My question is, how risky is this? I just got accepted to college for next fall. I am so excited and its a great opportunity. Although, i am not looking forward to living in a dorm. I never have been to keen on the idea. My friends all hated it and not one of the have one good thing to say about it. Everyone says its how you make friends and you have to experience the "party" side to college. But I HATE partying. I havent been to one high school party in my life. I just dont do stuff like that. I do have a boyfriend now and lives in the same town as my college is in. We did plan on possibly moving in together (which my parents knew about and felt comfortable with). But recently my college informed me that I cant do that unless im pregnant or married (which is ridiculous). I havent brought this up with my boyfriend at all. I wanted to consider things first.
