I know none of the two should be considered expenses and I know both of those distribute assets to the owners of the business. But the first accounting class I took only mentioned a dividend account but we were dealing with corporations. I am taking another accounting class and the chapter one talks about a withdrawal account which is used by the owner to withdraw cash or other assets from the business and it is not considered an expense, just like a dividend account. In this chapter the textbook is referring to a sole proprietorship so I am not sure if that is the only difference.

He got mad at me for something and now every time I call his number I only hear a beep (it's a cell phone number) and I cannot leave a message so I am not sure if he changed his phone number without giving me the opportunity to talk and sort things out.

I think I am a good person and I have never treated anybody bad. I don't understand why people are abusing me so much psychologically. They take advantage because they know they can hurt me and everyone hates me and everyone plays with my feelings, and my emotions, and my health. Why? Why don't they stop doing this? They are very inhuman, cruel, merciless, heartless, and callous. I am being psychologically abused since 9 years ago and I don't know how many more years I have to be like this... why does everyone hates me?

My sister had always been the best sister in the world. She was the person that I loved the most after my mom. But one day she decided to pull me out of the closet only because she thought she had the right because my voice is feminine. That's why she thought I didn't deserve any privacy. Ok, I know people can tell that I have a thin voice or feminine voice whatever. But I think I was entitle to deal with accepting my homosexuality whenever I felt ready. So I think she violated one of my rights right there (my right to privacy and my right to accept that I was gay whenever I was ready)

She also decided to violate another one of my fundamental rights, which was my right to choose a partner that I liked.

Here's the story: One day she decided to plot against me with a guy she met two weeks ago and I think she loved him more than me. He became her roommate

I think that what she did was terrible and violating those two rights was the worst thing that can happened to me. I thought she loved me a lot and after she did those two things I was very disappointed and very depressed and very suicidal. His name is Erick and my sister's name is Gladys. So she told him that I was gay and conspired with him to try to set me up with him as partners. But this would not be a fair relationship because he was going to be considered superior than me and he was going to be a "straight man" because he was going to be the top... and I would be considered the only gay person in the relationship just because my voice was fem. and I was supposed to become his sex slave.

So we went to a nightclub and the cover was $5.00 and Erick said I will get the cover for my buddy (meaning he will pay my cover) and I thought he did it because he wanted to be good friends because he was my sister's roommate because in my family having a stranger living in the house is not right, especially since she is a girl and his roommate is a guy.I thought he just wanted to gain my family's respect by being nice.

Then the next day (saturday) my sister started talking about homosexuality a lot and we had never talked about homosexuality before. My sister said "there were a lot of fogots at the club (it was a straight club) and Erick said " oh but they are nice foggots... and they are born that way" on one hand he said it's not a big deal to be gay, but on the other had, he did not say he was gay and he didn't consider himself gay.

So the next day (sunday) we were at the table again and then my sister pretended she had to go to her room and we were at the table, just Erick and me and he told me "I like you and I want to kiss you... and there's nothing to loose by doing it" I like of liked it, but it sounded a lot like my sister's words so I think she even told him what were the magic words to take me to his room... I think once I went to his room he was not going to kiss me and I think he was going to get his penis out and ask me for a bj and my sister knew that... it was all her ideas... I didn't went to his room or anything and we didn't kiss because I thought it was a sin. But then my sister and me left her car and she received a phone call and I think it was Erick. She said "oh so you like her and you want to be the distributor to supply cucumbers to her grocery store? oh ok" which in Spanish it means "oh so you want to supply your penis to her?"

I think she loves Erick a lot more than she loved me

I think that she was assuming that I did not deserve any love or any affection and that I did't have any value.

if she loved me and she wanted to give me support, I think she should have been brave enough to talk to me (but only her and me) without getting Erick involved in this. If she loved me she would have told me that she loved me even if I was gay and she should have told me that I have the right to choose a partner chosen by me (not one just because she loves him a lot) But she never gave me any unconditional support... all her support was for her roommate and she wanted him to have a perfect life even if it was going to hurt me a lot... obviously she didn't care about my feeling getting hurt or anything... The way she direct was the very coward and dishonest way.

She is the person who has hurt me the most in this life. After that I tried to commit suicide by taking my mother's hypertension pills. I used to be bullied at school for having a fem voice by many kids. However, even if you put all of those kids together, they did not hurt me even 1% of what she did. Nobody had ever made me feel the desired to die before. She was the only one who successfully destroyed my life. I know she is very happy that she hurt me so much.

Now the question is: Did she have the right to destroy my life just because she used to be a very good sister?

why is everyone doing everything to hurt my feelings and my emotions and to laugh at my misfortune? Are they going to stop doing this? this is a lot more than what I can handle... if they hate me that much why don't they just kill me? I am very very very depressed, I just want to close my eyes and sleep forever... what can I do to get them to stop?

Please tell me what the key issues are?

mi hermana me puso muchas trampas primiero en su casa en Nevada y despues tambien en mi casae en California. Puso de acuerdo a un muchacho que metio a vivir en su casa para que me dijera que yo le gustaba y que me queria dar un beso a escondidas de me me andubo ofreciendo como si yo fuera mercancia barata y como si yo fuera inferior que ese tipo que metio a vivir a su casa porque resulta que no ni siquiera me queria dar el beso, eso solo era una trampa que a mi hermana se le ocurrio para que este tipo me llebara a su cuarto y me dijera que solo queria darme camoto (despues de un tiempo me di cuenta de eso) pero en ese momento nada paso y no nos besamos ni nos fuimos a su cuarto y despues al siguiente dia que nosotros nos regresamos a Sacramento tambien le puso un trampa a la novia de mi hermano. Mi hermana invito a mi cunada a su casa y los dejo solos igual que a mi para que Erick le dijera a ella que le queria darle un beso y ella cayo y si se lo dieron, pero despues que mi hermana nos platico la histora a mi solo nos conto la mitad de la historia, solo la parte que comprometia a Sofia pero no a Erick... nos dijo que ella andaba acosando mucho a Erick y que el pobre de Erick se sentia muy acosado y que tenia mucha verguenza con mi hermano porque era la novia de mi hermano pero nunca nos platico que si se besaron y que mi hermana fue la que invito a su casa a Sofia.

Ademas de estas trampas contra Sofia y contra mi en su casa de Nevada ella continuo viniendo a California supuestamente para verme a mi... y un dia me llevo a un restaurante con enganos, me dijo que una chava que se llama Valeria nos alcansaria y tambien su tia Erika... resulta que Valeria nunca llego y que en cuanto llegamos al restaurante Erika empezo a hablar de Erick y luego pregunto que porque terminaron mi hermano y Sofia y se suponia que ella no sabia eso y pude notar cuando mi hermana por debajo de la mesa le dio una patada para que se quedara callada y yo le pregunte que como sabia y se quedo bien calladita, pero es obvio que mi herman le dijo y esta fue otra trampa que me puso mi hermana para que yo diera mi opinion a cerca de Erick.

Pero mi hermana no se conformo con eso sino que publico los detalles intimos de mi vida y de mis sentimientos en television... y he estado sufriendo abuso psicologico por casi 8 anos ya, y les juro que yo no puedo con esto. Esto es mucho mas que lo que yo puedo soportar... la verdad es que pienso mucho en el suicidio como la unica salida a esto pero no se, quisiera poder tener una vida normal como antes de que mi hermana se metiera en mi vida y la destruyera por completo. no pregunto esto porque pienso intentar suicidarme de nuevo pero una vez me tuve que emborrachar, me tomé media botella de tequila para agarrar valor y luego conté las pastillas para la presión arterial de mi mamá y eran 24 pastillas... las agarré todas en la palma de mi mano y me las tragué de un jalón con más tequila. Yo estaba solo en la casa cuando hize esto y se suponía que mi mamá iba a llegar tarde de trabajar, pero llegó temprano y me vió llorando (aunque todavía no sentía convulsiones ni dolor, solo me sentía muy borracho) y me preguntó que estaba pasando y le confesé la verdad, que me había tomado todas sus pastillas para la presión y bueno ella llamo al numero de emergecia 911 en Estados Unidos y llego la ambulancia por mi. Cuando iba en la ambulancia me dieron a tomar un líquido negro y espeso que sabe asqueroso pero con lo borracho que yo estaba no le tome mucho el sabor.... bueno el caso es que estoy vivo... pero quisiera preguntar algunas cosas:

Cuanto tiempo hubiera pasado para que yo muriera si no me hubiera salvado mi mama y la ambulancia?

Que reacciones hubiera tenido? me hubiera convulsionado? hubiera sentido dolor?

So my sister and my family think it is okay for my sister's roommate to do sexual things with other guys just because he is very masculine, and they think I am inferior and I desserve to be treated bad and also be judged a lot harder because I have a femenine voice. My family thinks it is also okay to play with my feelings and to abuse me psychologically, and they even encouraged my sister's roommate to tell me that he liked me and that he wanted to give me a kiss just so that I would go to his room and be his submissive bottom but he did not want to kiss me.
