I have been trying to go vegan for a while now.. I did go vegan for a year but ended up more of a frutarian.. I didn't have any limits on raw fruits and veggies and that worked okay.. But I was wondering if any one had any daily eating habits like 3 meals 6 meals etc that they have been following that have worked well for them. I do want to include fresh green juice in my diet every day and spirulina (which tastes kinda gross so I don't know where to fit in in) Any help would be appreciated!

1 AnswerOther - Politics & Government1 decade agoThe worst treaty in America, as my political teacher says is the "yalta accords" I was just wondering if any?
one knows anything about yalta. I know that it brought communism into a bunch of countries, it splitt berlin and germany into 3 parts. But can anyone actually explain in easy words what happened. Maybe the key parts to this story. It's very interesting, but kind of over my head. He says hes going to ask 3 multi choice and 3 fill in the blank on this so if you know any key parts that he might put in his test that would help!! Thanks
