so on thursday i went to eat at popeyes with my friends and afterwards on our way back to school i started feeling sluggish and tired. When class started, i began feeling shivers and chills and realized something was wrong and from that point i had a headache develop and felt crappy the entire day. When i got home from school i immediately went to bed and ended up puking 5 times before the day ended. the next day i had profuse diarrhea and ended up going to the washroom 20 times. As of today, my headache and puking have stopped but my diarrhea is still happening at times but not profusely. What should i do? this is my first time contracting food poisoning and im not sure what to do, do i need to see a doctor? what can't and can i eat?

so me and this girl text every single day and a majority of the time i message first but occasionally do this thing where i don't message her one morning to see if she messages back, two days ago i did this again and she never messaged that morning, this took all the way till 3 hours into the day where she then messaged me. The gist of this paragraph as just asking, why did she not message? this happened again yesterday as well... she messaged before eveyrtime i did the "test" please help me girls !

when a exercise calls for 4 sets of 6-8

Does that mean the FIRST set, i should fail at 8? , because if this happens. its inevitable that the next 3 sets your reps will be lower making it like this

SET 1: 8 reps

SET 2: 7 reps

SET 3: 5 reps

SET 4: 3 reps

Or do you , do lighter weights and BUILD UP to the muscle failure on the LAST set? please help! confused ):

My group of friends are the popular people that the girls call "cute" and pretty much they all have their little kid faces and they always get the girls. However, whenever im with them and girls come a long , im always the one left alone and felt sorry for. My friends and i are really tight , the only thing is that im always the one without a girl.
