Located in Western Scotland I'm an animal crazy person with a lifetime's experience in working with horses, cats and dogs. I am a Registered Nurse (Adult Branch) with the NMC, and keep myself regularly up-dated on Best Practice. I find Yahoo Answers keeps me up-to-date with what people want to know, and I can research this in professional journals. I am strongly opposed to rants, and I feel that people like the 'spaying police' and anti-abortion ranters considerably discredit the information given on here by honest people. I am pro-choice and against legalisation of any kind of lethal weapon which makes it easier to end people's lives. I detest animal cruelty, and support reputable show breeders who better their breeds by careful and select breeding. I do not however, have any time for the 'spaying police' or other dogs section ranters. I enjoy giving honest answers and regardless of my opinion I will always answer the question.
