I am just curious how people assimilate to them.... and people... this is not argumentative, please keep it mature, even funny, but lets not start ranting...

This morning on the news they were saying that AIG is going to ask the government for yet another bail out... this would be the 3rd they got so far.... if they don't get it, they will have to file for bankruptcy.. do you think they should another bail out?

Well it seems as tho there are plenty of Republicans on tonight so I would just like them to get a taste of their savior.

If there was another opportunity to put a Bush in office, would you do it? I realize this is a loaded question because many will say "depends on his platform", but realistically there are many people that don't pay attention to that.

I have a great children's book idea that would be great to go to Pixar. I have never done this before and cant draw... how do I get my idea recognized?

Did it appear to you last night that Obama pretty much seemed pissed at Bush about this economy? After all, Bush knew something was up when he sent gas money to us last year.

Where were you when the planes hit the towers?

Where were you when we declared war?

Where were you when you heard about the first wave of military casualties (not to desensitize all casualties since then)?

Where were you when we found out Bin Laden was still on the loose and making video's?

Where were you when you found out more military was being sent?

And how did you feel about all of this?

How did you feel knowing this war has costed not only billions of dollars but also the lives of your family, friends and neighbors fighting in the wrong place?

My son has a 2 year old chinchilla which he takes care of VERY WELL! He loves her and plays with her constantly, every night he pulls her cage close to his bed just so she's close. The other day he was going into the bathroom and he didn't know she was chasing him. When he opened the door she flew past him and went to jump on the toilet but the lid was up and she fell inside. He quickly pulled her out but she got a little wet. We cleaned her up and dried her off quickly. She seemed to be a little upset about the situation but eventually started to run around again.

Here is the problem; after this happened, she wont let him even pet her anymore. She clicks and sometimes growls at him. It's almost like she is mad at him or blames him for what happened. Will this continue and what can we do to get them to bond again? Right now my son is so heart broken because he thinks she doesn't love him anymore.

They showed what his blackberry looks like on the news yesterday and how it is 2 in one. He can easily switch to a secured line. It was pretty cool... it was strange seeing the President of the United States walking and using his blackberry, I no others might, but I don't see anything wrong with it, its a new generation, I just want so see how others feel... And Please keep the attacks to yourself, I am just looking for others point of view.

Just please, lets try to enjoy today.. America has so much on our plate right now and we are all stressed out. We can pick apart each others candidates and I'm sure we will all have valid points but its a new start and lets not start apart.

I would love to know why after several interviews and admissions of poor decisions do people still have an ax to grind about Obama... ? Or is this really race motivated? Look at what experience has done for us so far. Bush comes from a very strong political background, being his own personal experience's and that of his fathers, yet his has publicly admitted that his could have made better decisions. McCain was so deep in his pocket that electing him would have been a Bush re-election... we FINALLY get someone who has fresh ideas, new ways of thinking and can related to the working mo, yet people are still on the attack. To me, it was either Hilary or Obama, they both had similar platforms and are great leaders. I'm just so sick and tired of people's narrow minded ways of thinking, they have made this man fail in their minds before he's even sworn in... but I would also like to know, how many of those people WONT cash their stimulus checks under his Presidency?

I have a pet chinchilla that is normally very active. With the cold weather coming, a couple field mice got into the house and we are trying to catch them (the chinchillas safety always first!). Today she wont come out of her cage and is hiding inside her house. She is not very sociable right now. She hasnt made the normal noises chins make under distress, she is just being quiet. We normally let her run around but she voluntarily went back to her cage. Is it possible that she is upset they are in the house? This is a mood I'm not familiar with.

My landlord was indicted for bribery, fraud, embezzelment and many other charges for defrauding HUD. The property I live in is from a HUD grant he got and the government froze most of his assest and seized property. Who do I pay my rent to? What does this mean for the tenants?
