Songs with dramatic crescendos and a lot of soul and emotion when performed?
I'm currently into I Was Here (watched Beyonce sing it at the World Humanitarian day at the UN and was so touched by the meaning and performance) and Listen (also by Beyonce, though I think Melanie Ammaro's performance of it was most emotional and moving), along with Hurt and Bound To You by Christina Aguilera (both for her incredible vocals and mind-blowing interpretation and emotion during her performances).
So basically anything sung with passion and with a wide vocal range and if possible sung for some sort of cause (not necessary but would be nice) would be perfect!
I just want to be prepared at any moment if auditions for anything pop up. Looking to audition for X Factor next year.
Thank you!Xx
[sorry if you also saw this in the R&B and Soul section, I'm just trying to get as many good answers as possible!]

1 AnswerR&B & Soul7 years agoWho can tell me more about these celebrities?
I'm wondering how, when and where these models were discovered, what agencies they work with and also how tall they were at age 16.
Frida Gustavsson
Candice Swanepoel
Behati Prinsloo
Cara Delevingne
Actually any other information on them would be helpful. Thank you! I love long answers by the way (: xx
1 AnswerCelebrities8 years agoNeed help! Backup dancing for a music video!?
Hi everyone! So sorry to be asking a question like this but is this website for real? I was contacted on twitter saying they were looking for backup dancers for a music video and that if I fill in my name, last name and phone number on a website tey would let me know if it works. Here is the website: www.kprstudio.com . The website itself is harmless but I don't know if I should trust sending my phone number and name out. Wht's the worst that could happen with just a phone number? Is it a scam? Thank you!
1 AnswerCelebrities8 years agoPleas help me stay motivated <3?
I'm always the one giving people pep talks, making them feel better and helping them not give up. It's satisfying, in a way, because you're getting them closer to achieving their goals. But when it comes to me I can't find a way to give myself inspiration because my brain will just fight itself and give contradicting reasons as to why it won't work.
So my question is can you please give me (basically) a pep talk to keep me going? Just to give you an idea, I am a 16 year old girl who has the goal (used to call it a dream but I hope to achieve it so I'm changing its name) of becoming a world-renowned singer. I want to go on the X Factor because I really feel like it could kickstart my career, and I've got an interesting background, motives and wide-spectrum genre: I am a lebanese american who is french educated, so I am fluent in english, arabic and french. I therefore can sing in all three languages. When I was a child up until the age of about six or seven, I was hearing impaired and had to go through therapy. Thankfully now I can hear 100%, but I appreciate the value of music an being able to make my own more than the average person because of my history. I write my own songs (and I really think they are stellar), play the cello (very passionate about it and classical music and jazz as a whole). Finally just for some added information, I can sing anything from Christina Aguilera to Florence and the Machine to Demi Lovato to Norah Jones to Edith Piaf. I aspire to become famous for good reasons and successful on my own terms: it'd be such an achievement for me to become successful enough to donate a large part of my proceeds to foundations for eradicating TB, Malaria and HIV/AIDS in underdeveloped countries.
The reason I'm asking this here and not to people I actually know is because you don't know me, so you won't be able to judge or tell me to stop wasting my time and get other stuff done! If you don't have anything good to say, refrain from doing so. Thanks!Xx

Hey there, directioners!
So Lebanon is trying to get the boys to come on their WWATour and we were able to make #LebanonLoves1DMovie the number one worldwide trend on twitter a couple days ago, AND GOT ACTUAL RECOGNITION FROM THEM after 3 whole years of trying!! As a fellow directioner, I need you to help us by doing us a massive favor! Tomorrow we're going to begin trending #VRLBring1DToLebanon (Virgin Radio Lebanon) so PLEASE support the fam and trend it with us! You have no idea how much of a difference a single tweet can make, especially when it comes to something like this. We've been supporting them since the beginning and we deserve to have them come! Thank you so much! Truly means the world to us all <3
I wouldn't have asked this to any fandom, but the One Direction clan are really closely-knit and we all support each other. Love you all! If you'd like to post your experience at their concerts, meeting them, flash mobs or any other sort of thing you've done, do so! Wish us luck and please help us out! Xx

5 AnswersCelebrities8 years agoWhat are my odds of meeting and dating a celebrity?
I'm auditioning for the x factor next year, recording my own songs, constantly traveling and I'm very sociable and cheeky (in a good way).
Also, these rumors about harry styles having a secret girlfriend, how do we feel about that? True or a load of bull?
3 AnswersCelebrities8 years agoPlease answer!! Who can name some great bands similar to Tired Pony?
I fell in love with their music and already am obsessed with their genre anyways. Please! :)
1 AnswerRock and Pop8 years agoTips for getting taller?
Hi everyone, I'm interested in modeling but I need to keep getting taller unless I choose to be a petite model. Currently I'm 5'5" and a half, 16 years old, and still growing because I started my growth spurts rather late.
How can I best take advantage of growth spurts? What foods, sports, etc... favor HGH production and what other factors can influence my growth (positively or negatively- what should I watch out for?). Thanks so much! Also, can I hope to get to something around 5'8"? There are some tall genes in the family. I appreciate the help!!
2 AnswersDiet & Fitness8 years agoWhen are X Factor auditions?
I'm aware that the Auditions for this year have already passed but if you know when they usually are (what time of year) could you please let me know? Also please taje the time to answer my other 2 questions! Thanks so much I really appreciate it.
2 AnswersReality Television8 years agoHow does the X Factor work? Please help!?
I've never watched the show so I'm wondering how it goes, from the auditioning (how many people on average would you say audition) to the eliminations (how does the process go and what happens in between). Also, who are the judges (both UK and USA) and what are their pros and cons (if any).
Finally, do they often put singers together or was that just for One Direction? What are the odds of someone winning? Is it somewhat sexist (say for example boys have a bigger chance at winning because they could get girls drooling all over them whereas girls don't get that)?
Thanks!! I'm hoping to audition for this kind of show so really just please tell me everything you know!
