  • When will i be able to have my daughter on my own?

    My ex partner is currently 7 months pregnant. We are civil with each other but not on great terms. We have an agreement that when our girl reaches an appropriate age I will have her 3 nights a week. I understand new born babies have to be around the mother in which case i will have to make visits every other night, but can someone give me a rough idea of the age i will be able to have her come stay with me? I have the nursery kitted out :)

  • Mum left me everything in her will and left my brother out?

    Im 19 and i work doing the accounts for a property management firm. Me and my brother are no angels. He lives with our mum and he is 21 and i live with my girlfriend. My mum has been diagnosed with cervical cancer and recently gave me her will stating that she had left EVERYTHING to me. My brother is a chef but has quite alot of debt and is heavily into drugs. I am in no way perfect i am currently 2 months into a 6 month community order of tag and am doing community service (i have a history of violence - we were dragged up, not brought up). I cannot understand why she has left everything to me and what do i do when the time comes? Opinions would be much appreciated.
