My fiancé bought various stocks using my funds which is not an issue. My trader account took a little while to get up, so hers was already up and running I just told her to buy the stocks. Can these be moved into my account? Is their tax ramifications? Etc.

Hi everybody, quick question for taxes.

I have a general idea of taxes, but it's not the best. I recently started making "great" money so in 2019 i started diversifying my portfolio. I started one company, and invested in 3 others and bought some stocks as well.

For example, i placed $40k down to start a company, i know that is an immediate loss that can be tax deductible.

Does that same thing stand true for stocks? I placed around $2K into long term stocks and I'm wondering if that immediate $2K is deductible? The stocks are profitable as I'm around $1,000 into the green with them.

Anyone know how this works?

So, i am starting a small online business (wish me luck!), and unfortunately as i found the perfect name, i have also come to find out that the name i wish to use is the same name of a musical album that a huge artist has released.

Can i still use this as my business name? Or what will be the legal ramifications?

Hey, everyone just wanted a few opinions on some things.

So, i am a loan officer and work in real estate and i love my job. The money is great, i make my own schedule, etc. But I ve always been interested in psychology as far as how the mind and people work. I would never see myself leaving what i do now to be a psychologist or anything, so would it be worth it to get a degree in it?

Cavs will be back in Finals i feel like. Only threats i see are Heat, and Pistons.

I don't think he will be with Cleveland. That trade should have never occurred. A.Wiggins is a future superstar in this league. With work on his jump shot and court vision he will be a top 10 player in the future and possibly a top 5. So that was a bad deal on the Cavs side although i understood it.

Anyways, where does K.Love end up and who do Cavs get in return?

I am trying to gain weight because i am working out and want to get bigger because right now I'm pretty skinny.

So I'm eating sweet potatoes as part of my regimen purely for the carbs.

I'll bake them if i have to, but that takes so long. So can i just throw them in the microwave without killing the nutrients? I have eaten them before and it taste normal and everything but as far carbs will that disappear?

I recently applied for a pretty big mortgage company in my area, and I'm just nervous because i was put in jail because some idiots put my name into something stupid that had nothing to do with me. So i was put in jail based on that fact alone!!! For 12 hours, and they let me go and i was never convicted, charges were dropped, etc. Basically some of my old "friends" had broken into a school, and when they got caught brought my name into it for whatever reason idk. I don't even talk to them now because of it.

But can the potential job hold that against me? Like i said, all charges were dropped, i was never convicted, etc. My friends tell me i will be alright but I'm super nervous over it.

LBJ is silently putting up great numbers, but they aren't having an impact it seems. TT is doing the most damage to the Warriors on his switching on defense, and his offensive rebounding. Kyrie is coming up clutch and giving the Cavs instant points.

Whats up you guys? I have a question if anyone could help me.

So i recently started working out, and when i do squats i get light headed and i have even did some tests on myself too to see whats going on. I have drank less and more water to see if that was the problem, i have ate less or more to see if that's the problem, i have done heavy and light weight to see to see if that's the issue.

I have gotten no where! I get light headed no matter what the squat weight, no matter the food intake, no matter the water intake. It's crazy.

Can anyone help me? Squatting is one of the most important work outs you can do! I need to be able to do them! Please help!

I like Kyrie, think he is one of the best scorers in the game, but a commentator on ESPN made a good point the other day..

If Kyrie isn't scoring, what does he do? It's almost like when he doesn't have the ball in his hands he is nonexistent on the court. Almost like he isn't even there. He isn't a good defender, he has not been known for passing, rebounding, etc. So is the problem Kyrie?

Okay, so this isn't me trying to boast or anything, it's serious because I'm new to this whole working out thing.

I started working out 4 weeks ago, drinking weight gainer, protein shakes, eating heavy calories and carbs, etc. Doing the WHOLE thing as far as trying to get my body big.

But i gained almost 23 pounds in a month! I'm not fat either-6'1, 198 lbs. People are completing me on it and the results.

So is this a phase and it will go away? Like water weight or something?

My dad has been body building his whole life, and he is a big dude. 5'11, 230 lbs. My grandfather and uncles are big as well. Could it be the genetics?

Basically, long story short i am a supervisor for USPS and make around $90 right now with benefits, etc. I was recently offered a "full ride" to be a loan officer with a mortgage company. They will pay the $60,000 class fees, and pay me while i go to school, and they promise making at least $100k a year and boast there are loan officers with their firm raking in $500 a year. I am a money person so all of this excites me, but i don't wanna leave my job with the possibility of not making a lot of money. So are there any loan officers out there that can speak on this?

Yesterday i was rear ended yesterday pretty badly. My neck and back are real tight and painful but i must go back to work in about a week. Is there anything i can do to relive some pain? A cane or something?
