I think I had a miscarriage yesterday afternoon, and I didn't even know I was pregnant. I got the Depo Shot in Mid-January, and wasn't pregnant when I got it.

Well I Started lightly spotting a few days ago, and on Tuesday I started bleeding a little heavier and passing alot of clots. On Wednesday I was bleeding very bright red blood, and very heavy with a lot of clots and was soaked threw a few pads. I had cramps really bad in my back and stomach too. Well that evening I got a weird feeling and bad cramps so I went to the bathroom and passed what first looked like a really big clot, And i felt it pass to. I then began to look at it closer, and it was kinda U shaped at the top and kinda whitish with what looked like a sack next to it and a bloody clump at the end. So I took a picture of it because I planned to go the doctors in the next few days.

I ended up telling a friend about it and she looked at the picture and she believes I did have a miscarriage. But I am still unsure about if I did or not.

Since last night, my bleeding has slowed down to barely anything but a little blood and a few small clots. Do you think I should make a doctor appointment and show the doctor the photo? or go to the ER? I'm still having mild cramps, and I feel nauseous and light headed.

Any help will be greatly apprecaited. Thanks!

I have to court for a Show Cause Hearing for Unpaid fines and fees due to an accident I was in. I was unable to pay them on time and now I have a show cause. I have never been to court for anything in my life. I am very low income and that is why the tickets haven't been paid.

What do I need for my court hearing to show why I was unable to pay??

Do I need to bring money with me to my court date?

Could I pay my fines and fees before my court date??

Do I need an attorney for this type of hearing?

Do I need to worry about going to jail??

I have no criminal background, and this my 1st wreck in 10 years.

Tickets were for Failing to stop in a assured distance and no insurance.

I am from Macomb County, Michigan.

I'm 27 weeks along, and I know back pain during pregnancy is normal. But I am having some concerns and wondering if I should ask my doctor about them.

I've been having alot of upper back pain right between my shoulders, that comes and goes. Along with a lot pain in my rib cage right under my breasts. Then to top it off, I've had a lot of lower back pain as well, which is making my my hips hurt, to the point that I can't get comfortable standing or sitting, its kind of a numbing feeling. And every couple of days it gets so bad that it feels like my hip pops out when I stand up or sit down.

I have a feeling I should talk to my doctor about it, but what do you guys think, or is anyone else have/had these issues during pregnancy too..

Any help is appreciated, I do have a doctor's appointment tomorrow.
