My last period started May 18, 2015. I had protected sex with a condom on June 3, 2015. I think I have a 27 day cycle, so I expected my period on June 11. I have not yet started my period.

I am afraid that there may have been a mishap with the condom that I didn't notice. We used the condom the entire time, he ejaculated inside of me with the condom on, he pulled out, and then removed the condom.

In March, I was hospitalized for three weeks due to severe bilateral pneumonia and septic shock complications. I missed that period I was supposed to have in March likely due to stress, weight loss, and the many medications and IV fluids I was on. Also, at that time, I had never been sexually active. I was a virgin at the time I missed that period.

I was very, very deathly ill. Is it possible that, two months later after hospital discharge, that my body is still trying to recoup and my periods still won't be normal?

I am 18 years old and have had periods since I was 11. I don't have a job right now and am trying to pay for hospital bills and university bills. I don't think I can afford an HPT right now or a blood test. What should I do? I've already taken Plan B once this year.

I had unprotected sex on April 26 and my partner never ejaculated. I had unprotected sex again on May 1, he withdrew before ejaculation, and ejaculated on my upper thigh. I took Plan B One Step on May 4, and I have not experienced any bleeding or nausea. How likely is it that I am pregnant?

My school is doing a play called Nora's Lost. There is a character named Mark who plays outside with his friend, Jack. In 1969, Mark gets drafted to the Vietnam War.

Today, I broke up with my boyfriend of 13 months. He was very controlling and manipulative of me and controlled my social media accounts and was rude to me very often. I broke up with him that because I thought I'd had enough.

I regret doing it and I feel horrible. I thought that I would feel so much better after I got out, but I feel even worse without him. I miss him and being away from him makes me realize how content I was with him.

Why do I feel worse now?

I am 17 and my boyfriend is 18. Our very first anniversary is tomorrow and I want to make it very special. I made him a little book, and it's "101 Reasons Why and Reminders That I Love You." I also wrote him a letter. I know it's very cheesy and stupid, but I'm hoping he will like it. Should I just throw it away and buy him something?

What else do I need to get him? I feel like the book and the letter aren't enough. I want to buy him an actual gift.

Should I wait until we both discuss it together to get him a promise ring?

What are good anniversary gifts for your first anniversary? Especially at this age?

My mother left my biological dad when I was a year old, and married my step dad when I was around 2 or 3. I have always felt that I had two dads and one mom and that it was perfectly normal. I have always been in contact with both dads; my biological dad has always been in my life.

For some reason, I am very afraid of my step dad. If I have to confront or ask my parents about anything, I always go to my mom first because I'm terrified of my step dad. I don't remember being scared of him when I was a young child. I am 17 and this has started within the past two years.

He always sits in the living room and I'm afraid to leave my room because I'm so afraid he may see me or talk to me. I'm afraid to walk past him to go to the kitchen to eat. My mother has two sons with him and I feel that he favors them over me.

I have recurring dreams that he physically abuses me and/or my mother. He has never physically abused me, nor have I been a victim of physical abuse (however, my step dads brother molested me until I was in second grade).

I feel like the only true parent I have is my mom. Why do I feel this way and why am I so afraid of my step dad? I am too scared to ask anyone for help. My step dad has always supported this side of the family financially. Why am I afraid and not grateful?

For example, you are an adult, but maybe your parents disagree with a choice you've made, so they confront you and argue with you about it.

Is it, in this situation, appropriate to stand up for yourself and your own opinion? Or, do you need to swallow your own opinion and let them give you their two cents? Do you just let them dog you and maybe even punish you for the decision, or is it appropriate to "talk back" and stand up for yourself? Would doing that be disrespectful?

My boyfriend of nine months makes me feel guilty for having other friends & he is very controlling of me. He never takes an interest in speaking to me, spending time with me, or being around me. Only when we are completely alone does he tell me he loves me, talk to me at all, or show any affection.

He makes me feel very upset, unsettled, angry, depressed, and overall shitty. Despite this, I still feel very attached to him and feel love towards him. I still feel in love with him.

He has an aortic aneurysm and two months to live. I feel guilty for being upset with the way he treats me because he is very ill. He treats me like crap, but I can't stand the thought of losing him and I love him very much. Why is it like this?

I am writing a research paper on a local business. What is the correct verb tense to use?

I am a 16-year-old junior in high school on a tight budget. I would like to have a competent laptop before I move out to attend college. A few of the colleges (Berklee, UNCSA, etc) I am looking at require most or all of their students to have a computer with certain software.

I am a musician and hope to make a career out of music. What kinds of laptops should I look at purchasing, if I want to use it to help me in recording or making music? Also, what types of software do I need to produce my own music? I am a singer & pianist, & am familiar with a software called Goldwave.

Other than that, any tips? I would like to purchase a laptop to help me with schoolwork, recording music, etc. by the time I graduate highschool in a year and a half.

I looked it up, but the method that used conditioner would take like 8 hours. Ain't got time for that.
