I live with 2 roommates and recently i noticed a problem. whenever they are on Youtube, they are hogging the bandwidth. Per instance, if i play online the ping skyrockets and when I browse webpages it goes slow to a point where there are some things i cant do at all. (Looking for a route on Google map per instance)

We split the connection using a WRT54G Linksys router.

I was wondering if I could split our connection equal ways (putting a upload/download cap) or if there was something I could do to throttle their connection so I can use it. (sometimes they watch you tube or streams from 6pm to 4 am and I cant play FPS at all)

If its doable, I would love it if you could give me the steps or give me a link because so far I haven't found anything

I'm working toward the 100% game complete but there's a thing. I finished the game thinking i could do the things i left out for later ( i did all the random encounters though) but I started to wonder If i did the assassination missions. I don't want to do all the jumps and pigeons if I get stuck because of that.

So first question : How can I check If I did them all. I checked in my stats... couldn't find it.

Second question : I know you're supposed to be able to do theses mission after "story complete" but If I didn't start them can I still do them? Will I get the call?

Hi there, I'm a University student and I have an American teacher who loves basketball. He gives us 4 extra points if we can find who will will the March madness basketball tournament.

I've never watched college basket but i'd love to get thoses points.

Who do you think will win the tournament and why?

I just did a fresh format and reinstalled my os.

XP SP2 atm... brand new, installed nothing but soundcard, firefox and video drivers. I tried to install messenger live and it failed to connect. I had that problem a long time ago with when it came out, i never figured out how I sorted it out.

I reinstalled it and the same problem occured. On teh other hand, I can connect on my laptop running 7, no trouble.

Anyone knows whats wrong?

Hi there I'm trying to find a good laptop. I'm having a hard time as I have a lot of requirements and know little as far as laptops go. I hopw you guys can help me, its a tough one to crack.

1- long efficiency while unplugged. 4hours+. 9cell+ battery if possible. This is top priority. I don't want to carry extra batteries

2- full size keyboard with back lite. (back lite is not a must but i would really love you if you could find one)

I need to be able to get a Canadian bilingual one if possible.

3- Screen not under 14' nor over 17'. resolution cannot be under 1280x800. led back lite (to help with battery life)

4- fair speed for some multimedia features. ok processing power.. nothing fancy but strong enough for some word, some media/movies/music and some internet. I multitask a lot. Decent ram.

5-Rugged, must be able to be dropped once(I know it will happen) -__-

6- Power supply has to have a reasonable size.

7- NOT a Mac, nothing over 900$us.

I have a psp-2000 that I bought 8months ago. Last month the UMD reader stopped working. The little plastic stick meant to detect the presence of the UMD is still there and in one piece so the problem seems to be internal.

I installed a custom firmware on it (3.90 m33-2) and my battery was changed to a tool battery since i install custom firmware whenever someone asks me.

So the problem is that since its less than a year old it's still under warranty and if i want to use it, It has to be shipped back to Sony to be repaired along with the original battery...

I don't want Sony to know I installed a custom firmware or that i changed the battery into a tool battery or it would invalidate my warranty.

1- Will using desperatar del cimenterio to change the firmware back to the standard one good enough or are there stuff in the flash memory that sony could discover and invalidate my warranty?

2- Returning the battery to a normal one using the pandora battery program and loading back the original serial in the battery, is it good enough or is there something again that could give me away?

With the American election coming everyone turns to Obama and his origins. I live in Canada, here Obama would be called a Métis meaning that he's of mixed origins. From what i hear in the States, he's a black guy.

So basically my question is are you black as soon as one of your 2 parents is black?

If yes what if one is of Asian decent let's say an the other is black, are you considered black still?

What if you grandfather was black and the rest of your family is white, are you black?

Do you guys have a term to qualify an individual of mixed origins?

How do you guys trace the racial line? Is everything black and white in the states or do you have shades of gray?
