I picked my username when I was 13 and I hate it. I have a new PSN account and I want to now use this account. If I reset my PS3 to factory settings will I be able to?

I completed an online course from a local college but at the moment I am not able to go to the college and get the certificate. When I really need it in the future would I be able to retrieve it?

A disabled person was parking in handicapped and was partially parked in the wheelchair zone(crosshatched zone). They needed to in order to get out of the vehicle, because of the other car being parked too close.

They were told to move their car.

Does this handicapped person have the right to partially park in the wheelchair zone?

After installing AVG and doing a PC tune up I restarted the computer. I didn't use my browser until the next day. None of the pages would load on any of the two browsers that I have. I had no problems on my ps3.

Today it's working but everything is slow. Not extremely slow but it is annoying.

What could be causing this?

I have AVG Privacy fix installed in both of my browsers. Could this be slowing everything down?

It started about 3-4 days ago. It happens when I'm laying down on my chest. I noticed it when I was playing a game on my laptop and laying on my chest. It's really annoying because I lay on my chest when I sleep.

I just turned 18. I know I should have started this process way earlier but now I'm ready to get my license. I know that I have to complete 6 hrs. of drivers ed and I know that it can be done online. I don't know how to drive so I was wondering if my mom can teach me. How do I get a permit to learn to drive? I don't want to get in trouble if we're pulled over by the cops so I want to do it legally.
