What do guys think if I post pictures of myself on my snapchat story everyday ? Is that a turnoff ?

What does it mean when a guy you seeing asked you if you like him and you say yes and when I asked him back he said “you’re a nice girl”? By the way we went on 3 dates and then he stopped talking to me for like 3 days and I rang him yesterday but he was being kinda distant and I texted him today I told him That I’m not a kid and if he doesn’t want to talk to me anymore that fine but I think you should tell me straight up no hard feelings :) that’s what I said to him and then he rang me and he was talking asking me questions but then he asked do you like me and I told him that I do but I don’t like him that much yet, and then I asked him if he does and he said you’re a nice girl, so I’m kinda confused like he hasn’t asked to see me yet. What should I do
