  • teenage 15, bulk or cut, awkward sports predicament. HELP?

Hi, I am 6-1, 208 lbs, 15 sophomore. training age = 1.5 years/ I play football, lacrosse, and wrestle. However, I only really take football seriously. During seasons i usually have time to lift before practice but I'm often fatigued from the sport. I'm a linebacker and hoping to be recruited. BP= 270, DL = 405, SQ = 340. It really stinks because ive spent a long time (6 months) cutting from 265 down to 205, 60 pound difference and making no gains and even going down in the bench (about 240 right now). i still have some fat on me and have about 20% legitimate body fat. I dont know whether to bulk or cut. i know if i can get cut i will get very ripped for the ladies which i really really REALLY want. Ive lost some muscle and it really sucks. should i cut to 195 or bulk to 230 then cut again? this is such a hard decision

  • What would be some good lifting goals high school sophomore?

im 6'0, weigh 215 pounds, around 19% bodyfat. training age: 15 months. linebacker/tight end. I am wondering what would be a good goal for next football season weightlifting wise (approximately 6 months). I bench 250, thinking 300 next season. i squat 225 for 10 ive gotten 300 before without problem but afraid to max out, i was thinking maybe 365 next season. ive also deadlifted 295 for 12, thinking maybe 455 next season.

  • Is this weight strong, medium, or weak for my age?

Alright, I'm gonna be completely honest (unlike those guys that ask the same question but hypothetically bench 485). I bench 185 for 1, squat 205 for 1, dead lift 225 for 8, and curl 100 for 1. Most of my other friends bench less then 160 for 1. Two of my friends can lift over 200 for bench. I'm 14, weigh 230, am 6'0''. I out weigh my friends by around 10 pounds. Is my weight for lifting strong, medium, or weak? To someone who doesn't work out vs. someone who does?
