About 6 months ago I asked for those of you that voted for Obama?
what you thought of him then, what about now? Isn't he doing a great job? Look at how much the job loses dropped, Detroit lost only 500,000 jobs much better huh? Can you explain how Obama said "If we don't bail out the banks unemployment will double? Good thing we bailed them out huh? How about that stimulus package?
7 AnswersCurrent Events1 decade agoDetroit is broke as just stated on the news does anybody out there?

6 AnswersOther - Politics & Government1 decade agoSenior Citizens I need help......?
I am 13 years younger than my husband...my concern is.......when we both retire our total s.s. will be around $3000.00 a month, trying like many to sell our house...which will hopefull give us around $300,000.00 to hopefully with the s.s. to get us through the rest of our lives....the way things are going it sounds to me like a big sad joke for us. If and when the time comes and my husband has to go into a home will they take his s.s. to help pay for him to stay in a home, we have been married 20 years, if this matters. His s.s. check is $2,200.00 mine will be $800.00, will the state take his check to help pay for a home for him leaving me with only my $800.00 check? That is is I get any s.s. checks at all, not sounding so good right now.
