How much notice does an employer have to give before changing your schedule. (particlarly McDonald's)

I was discharged from the military March 2010 under General Under Honorable Conditions with RE Code JKA

I was discharged for unjust reasons.

I want to get my discharge upgraded to honorable and this year will have the time to do so. But, I do not know the process. I have been told it has to go to The board of military correction. But, also my understanding is that I must exhaust all other efforts ( not sure what those are) I have others who deployed with me who will write character references. I am going to write to the congressman and senator and maybe the Governor. I just do not know what should be included in these letters and what routes to exhaust and what would be the best way to go about this.

I dont know anything about invasion of privacy but...

My Boyfriends soon to be Exwife hacked into my facebook account and printed my photos and information. she used it in the court to get him in trouble for fraud but i am sure that means that she commited fraud too. but my question is weather she has invaded my privacy and I could take her to court or have his hearing dismissed.

if anyone knows a website to look up information on privacy invasion laws i will accept that too.

okay so i have been sited for a class a theft misdemeanor. I tried to ask the police if i could see a court appointed or legal psychologist to determine if I did what i did with out really meaning it or if i was not in the right state of mind.

well, the cop had no ******* clue and this is a first offense. I am not a criminal and don't and wish i had never done it and agreed to repay what was taken.

but who or how do i get to see a court psychologist?

so I may be being charged with a class A misdemeanor for theft. how long does a misdemenor stay on your criminal record. it is a first offense. i live in Utah. does anyone know of a website that has really good information.

and will it help if i get a psych evaluation and claim depression?
