i dont want feedback on not having data plan. waste of money blah blah blah. i just want to know if i can setup a samsung galaxy s4 without using any data.

i dont have a data plan, so when i am setting up, i dont want it to automatically search for data network.

is it possible to set up without sim card in it, turn off data and then put in sim card, therefore not using any data?

Where one team makes the last second long shot and celebrates but then there is still time and the other team makes the true last second shot. I saw it a while ago, but I can't find it anymore...anyone help??

i pulled back into my place tonight after a movie and as my girlfriend drove the car backwards i noticed a little steam coming from the front driver side hood where the light meets the hood on my 97 sl2. i just replaced the radiator and the valve cover gasket a week ago today. when i opened the hood i didnt see any steam or smoke and i didnt smell anything, but i have bad smelling. i turned off the car and waited a minute to open up the reservoir and it didnt bubble but it did overflow a bit. last time i check the coolant, it was at proper levels. what could it be guys and girls?
